Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Please be advised that the big bins are collected every Monday. Guests staying on Sunday/Monday are required to place the bins on the nature strip by Sunday evening for collection. We kindly request your cooperation in taking the bins out during your stay. A reminder will be provided, but if you are not willing to fulfill this request, we respectfully ask that you refrain from booking.
