Both units share a furnace and air conditioner. The thermostat can only be adjusted between 21-23 degrees Celsius (69-73 degrees Fahrenheit).

Free street parking is available anywhere on the street. Parking spots are not assigned. However, please be mindful not to park in the handicapped parking spaces marked by the blue handicap
