Welcome to our spacious and vibrant 4-bedroom townhouse in the heart of trendy Crescent Heights! Spread out across 4 levels, this fun and colorful home is the perfect place for families, groups of friends, or business travellers looking for a comfortable and stylish base in Calgary.
Guests will be invited to enjoy

Located in the heart of Crescent Heights, this townhouse is just steps away from some of Calgary's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Whether you're here for work or play, you'll love coming back to this fun and colorful home at the end of the day. We can't wait to host you!

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a bright and cheerful living room, complete with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is perfect for whipping up delicious meals and enjoying them together around the large dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to cook up a storm.
Upstairs, you'll find another living area, offering a couch, large TV (with cable), fire place and access to your own private patio. Continue on to the first three spacious bedrooms, each with its own unique decor and comfortable beds.
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level, providing a bit of extra privacy and its own full bathroom. There's also a cozy living area on this level, perfect for watching movies or playing games.
One of the many highlights of this home are the separate and distinct lounging areas, each offering a unique and intimate place to enjoy.
The private patio offers a large picnic table, complete with city and neighbourhood views. You'll love soaking up the sun or enjoying a drink with friends in this peaceful and private space.
Things to note:
- Garage is shared. Guests have access to one space + street parking (which can be limited, directly surrounding the home)

To make your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive, we supply a thoughtful selection of starter essentials. These include:
- Powdered laundry soap
- Coffee and basic cooking staples (oil, salt, and pepper)
- Garbage bags
- Toilet paper

Please note that these are provided as starter quantities to get you settled in; guests typically replenish based on the length of their stay and personal needs.
