Vaulted ceilings, expansive glass windows, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow create a light-filled winter sanctuary, capturing panoramic views over Port Phillip Bay while keeping interiors warm and protected.
Enjoy year-round swimming in the heated indoor pool, unwind in the spacious living areas by the fireplace, or take in the crisp coastal air from multiple alfresco zones. The gourmet kitchen is ideal for preparing hearty meals, while the private lift offers effortless access between floors.

5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Parking: Our driveway accommodates up to 5 cars. To prevent any inconvenience to our neighbours, no additional cars are allowed, and street parking or parking on neighbouring properties is strictly prohibited.
7. No Bucks, Hens or Schoolies: To maintain a relaxing environment for all guests and neighbours, we do not allow bucks, hens or schoolies on the premises under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Smoking (including vaping) is prohibited both inside and outside the property. The property is fitted with smoke alarms that are sensitive to vaping.
