Hi Sharon, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, however we feel that it is not entirely accurate. We are sorry to hear you were disappointed with the supplies provided, we do provide guests with enough supplies to use initially - including toilet paper, bin liners, teabags, coffee pods, sponges, dishwashing liquid, shampoo, body wash etc. - then if required guests can top up supplies at the nearby shops in Mt Martha Village (note: we do not supply washing powder). Our Guest Services Manager came to the property to assist you and replace the batteries in the remotes, so everything worked properly for your stay. Seaside Bliss is a beautiful, luxury home with lovely gardens and stunning views; it is enjoyed by many guests, their friends and families, with some even celebrating special occasions here. We take great pride in the presentation of our home, and we will continue to do so for our future guests.

Hi Gihan, Seaside Bliss is a beautiful luxury home with plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy. We would like to clarify that there are 4 televisions in total - 2 Smart TV’s with Netflix and 2 standard TV’s. Thank you for your feedback regarding the loose toilet seats, however we don’t agree that this was a dangerous situation, we have made sure that the seats are secure for guests to use. We hope you enjoyed the stunning views of Port Phillip Bay across to the Melbourne city skyline. These views can be enjoyed all year round, whether you’re dining alfresco on the deck with a BBQ dinner and drinks or relaxing on the comfortable lounges inside. Unfortunately having the opportunity to enjoy these beautiful views also means that we are exposed to the weather at times, so we try our best to maintain sparkling windows but it is not possible all the time, we hope you understand.
