This charming home is a perfect location in town to Shops, Restaurants, Bars, the Marina, and the Beach. It is a single-level property. Gather your thoughts on the front porch with your morning coffee in hand in the hanging swing or chair. Step inside to the inviting and open floor plan. The living area contains plenty of seating for guests with two couches, a love seat, TV, Roku, and Wi-Fi. The large dining table has seating for 6 for dinner or a game of cards. There are 3 barstools at the spacious bar for those who like to gather while preparing meals. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils. This area is great for those who love to show off their culinary skills. The Master bedroom (BR1) has a King size bed, nightstands, w/ lamps, a small desk, a small chest, and a smart TV w/ WIFI. The Guest bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, nightstands, chest for your beach attire, TV, sofa, and stackable washer/dryer. The shared bathroom has a stand-alone shower. Step out back to the vast entertaining area and enjoy an evening drink on the covered patio with outdoor seating and a ceiling fan. Cook up a day's catch on the propane grill while watching the kids and small pets play around in the fenced-in backyard.
You will be conveniently located to all areas of attraction. 0.4 miles to restaurants, 0.6 miles to the Marina, and 1 mile to the Beach.

The house had a wonderful location but could have been much cleaner. The floors were the most noticeable for not being clean, just could have been better. The first day we got there it was about 1pm the temp was set to 75 which is understandable but this house only have window units for AC so it took forever for our room to cool down. Very hot first night, finally got cooler the second day. We woke up to ants all over the kitchen and our food on the counter, found some pest control under the sink and that worked but it was not desirable to say the least. Under the sink and dishwasher had several water roaches, understandable but get some pest control. The parking also isn’t great, it’s a dirt patch next to the house. Wish the house had a second bathroom but it worked for our long weekend. Really enjoyed the outside patio off the master bedroom, or king bedroom, both rooms are pretty similar in size. Could use some better mattresses, not super comfortable. But overall, it was a good visit. Loved the lights on the front of the house at night.

Wonderful Stay at Let’s Sea

Kitchen was very stocked with great dishes, pots, etc. Very clean. Great location. Super cute decor. Beds were comfortable. Big shower. Dog had lots of yard. Can’t wait to return.

Great place to stay

We have stayed at a lot of VRBOs over the years. This property is one of the best ones. It is spacious, comfortable and very nicely furnished. Everything about it is top notch. We are definitely coming back.

The Gulf St Rental is Awesome!

For a couple with 1-2 children or a couple with small pet, this rental is perfect. Very comfortable and modern. The beds sleep well, the kitchen is beautifully updated, open to living area. This 2/1 is was very clean, close to IGA grocery store, shops and resturants and the beach... We enjoyed sitting on the back covered porch while our small doggie plays in the nice fully fenced backyard, we were happy to find the grass was nice with no sickers. We loved it....Thank you, Terri T.

Great house

Over all this was great! The only handful of complaints we have would be the no air flow in the bathroom. It was quite warm in there at all times even when leaving the door open and the small fan blowing in. Another would be the giant mosquitos. Other than these two things, this house was perfect! There was plenty of room and the grill worked great! It was super easy to access anything in town and the beach as well!!

Port A Getaway

The property was really nice and we plan to get it again in the future. The location was great! It was a quiet neighborhood for the most part. The house itself was really well laid out and the back yard was awesome! We were able to take our 2 dogs with us vs. Having to board them, and that made it so nice for us!

Great place

It was a cute little vacation home. We enjoyed the openness of the kit hen and living room. It was a short 6 minute drive to the beach and only a couple blocks away from the grocery store. We would love to go back there again

Memorial Day Trip

Had a wonderful time on our trip to Port A for Memorial Day and stay at this house through Life in Paradise. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. The house was nice, clean and very comfortable for our family. The drone and back patios were a great bonus for morning coffee and night time relaxation. Will stay at this one again in the future. Nice Place

This house was perfect for 4 of us and it was very clean. There were issues with the code at check-in but they were quickly fixed with no other issues. The front porch was perfect for watching the sunset.

Early spring visit

Cute house, a great location and clean.The only issues we had, property management provided incorrect code for door lock, it was easy to contact them and they were very responsive in correcting the problem. Need better pillows or bring your own The back porch was great for entertaining but did have a moldy smell. Over all our experiences was very good

Family fun

We arrived to Port Aransas way earlier than planned. The property owners assisted us and were able to accommodate my family for an earlier check in. The house it self was cozy and we loved the ocean decor . The private patio and grill were comfortable and relaxing. The accommodations were perfect for our family. We will be returning in the future.

October Beach visit

Property is well cared for and very suitable/comfortable for 4, 6 could fit. property amenities are many-front/rear porches and TV's, and AC units that performed well.
