Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps 14 guests (maximum 12 adults).
Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay. Spare blankets are provided. Portacot and high chair available on request when booking.

Bedroom 1: Master: Queen Bed with ensuite bathroom (Toilet/Shower/Vanity), curtains, blinds, reverse cycle air con/heating, walk in robe and access to rear patio. (Adjoining Bedroom 5) (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2: Triple Bunk Bed x 1 (Double on bottom and single on top) and single bunk bed plus mattress with blinds, curtains and wardrobe with a spare mattress allocated for a further child. (Sleeps 6 - max 4 adults),
Bedroom 3: Queen Bedroom with blinds, curtains, robes. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 4: 2 x King Singles (can be joined to make a King) with blinds, curtains, robes. (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 5: Sofa Bedroom with curtains and blinds, TV and Reading Library (adjoining Bedroom 1). (Sleeps 2)

i. This property is pet friendly upon application; the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is not fully-fenced.
ii. This property is the perfect venue for families and friends, couples, corporate retreats, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
