Golf View Condo - Next to Dollywood

Enjoy this beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom vacation condo on your next getaway to the foothills of the Smokies! Golf View Resort 1303 is located on the third floor and features engineered throughout the main living with tile in the bathrooms. Feel right at home in this beautiful living room that offers a comfy leather couch, 50″ smart TV, and an updated kitchen. Enjoy the outdoor and indoor pool. Located just a mile from Dollywood and the main strip.

The master bedroom features a king bed and tub to relax in.

The master bathroom features an updated vanity and a shower.

The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a full bathroom with a tub shower combo.

Unwind on the balcony and enjoy a nice nature view that has a table for 4.

Each unit comes with a starter supply for guests to use. The starter supply consists of toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), Keurig coffee maker (variety of options), dishwasher detergent (1 pack), dish liquid (1 bottle), trash liners (1 per can), paper towel (1 roll). After you use the provided start supply, it is up to each guest to provide anything additional they may need for their stay.
Linens are provided.

There is also a washer & dryer in the condo for guests to use.

NO TRAILERS ALLOWED at the resort. Trailers will be towed at the trailer owner’s expense.

This vacation rental is cleaned with products approved by the EPA for use against COVID-19.

The spacious rooms made our holiday cozy, but the condo provided the space to enjoy meals and relaxation. The beautiful holiday decor added to the festive mood for our family. The large table allowed us to have a large Christmas breakfast, too!

We had a very nice stay here at Golf View. Arrival was a little tricky. The address is 818 but the building says 820. I loved how close our condo was to everything but also out of the busy areas. We were there for my daughter’s dance nationals and we were only about 5 to 10minutes from Le Conte depending on the time of day and traffic. We were also less than 10 minutes away from Dollywood, The island, all the shows and splash country. My family was very comfortable here for a week. I am so glad we went with a condo versus hotel. We were able to keep up with laundry and cook if you wanted. We would stay here again!

Annual Summer Vacation

We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for the last 5 years. We have stayed at Golfview Resort 3 times but this is our first stay at this condo. We loved it! The condo was very quiet. It is close enough to all the attractions but just off the parkway from the busy traffic.

A convenient and cozy place!

We started out a bit off because the address is 818 but the building is 820 which was confusing. The TV was not working but the owner from Nashville had someone come over to fix it. The check out instructions are on the fridge door which I did not see until after reading the ones in the book. But we had a nice time and were comfortable. The location was perfect!

This was our first time using VRBO but I’m sure glad we found this place, they have been a great place for my family, the place is clean, open and wonderful way to make our trip even better. We would definitely stay here again

Well it’s really dark and the property needs a little scrubbing around the bathroom floors and the doors. Especially the master bath is really dirty when you close the door and the toilet bowl cleaner brush was all rusted. It only needs a litlle tender care.

Favorable location to the in proximity to the convention center where we had 8 days of meetings. The only negative thing I can say, is that the neighbors above got noisy moving furniture a couple of times. I trust and hope they enjoyed their stay as well. Very favorable venue, I would recommend it.

Great stay!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was in a great location off of the busy Main Street but easily accessible to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Very clean condo, we had everything we needed for our stay, no problems at all. Would definitely stay again!

Nice little condo

Clean comfortable beds and 5 minutes from the strip. Perfect for a small family. Nice balcony overlooking trees very peaceful. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the smokies.
