The Legacy Alexander penthouse suite 404 - the largest in the beautiful building met and exceeded our expectations. From the simple check in to the top notch management team that replied promptly to the few questions we had it was a relaxing, luxurious and perfect stay. Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from the extremely comfortable balcony furniture, dreamy king size bed, cozy OK honey bun reading chaise a great selection of books. We enjoyed it so much. We are coming back, hopefully in February. Thank you for making this beautiful home available.

Beautiful condo-even better in person!

Beautiful condo! We happened to stay during the 4th of July and we were able to see all of fireworks from all of the beach towns. What an amazing view! The condo was extremely clean and you just cannot beat the location! We were a short walk to downtown Rosemary and Alys. A few things to keep in mind: the kitchen is not stocked with the basics. You will need to bring cooking oil all the way down to the salt (although we left the salt and pepper!). We had to do a big grocery haul to be able to cook anything at the condo. The private beach is packed. It’s a small area for all of the Seacrest residence, so it’s a fight to get your umbrella set up in the morning. But overall I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It’s just fabulous!

We had a wonderful stay! This condo is exactly, or better, than pictured! Everything was extremely clean upon arrival. We loved the view from the large balcony and the location is perfect. So easy to walk to Rosemary and Alys. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved staying at The Legacy! This was our 6th visit to Seacrest area and this location can't be beat! The space of the condo is quite large and was more than enough room for 4 adults. Highly recommend!!

The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, an amazing pool, and the beach. The unit is super clean, well appointed, and stocked with plenty of towels, and cleaning supplies. The people at the management office were helpful with access codes and having a trash room lighting issue fixed very quickly. Check in and out were easy as well.

Bikes were easy to access. We used the balcony daily. The condo was clean, wide hallway and high ceilings. The condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for 6 of us. We loved everything about it! The only thing that is a possible negative is that the beds in the 2nd and 3rd rooms were doubles and they were listed as queens. Great communication from the management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello,This is our second time that our family has rented the same condo during the same exact week, two years in a row. I have to say we will not be returning to this location/property for the reasons regarding the pool and the beach. The "rules" that are outlined for the pool aren't being followed at all! We had to go wait in line starting at 8:45 every morning to just get two chairs for our family at the pool. The working staff there would let other families that lived closer, save chairs and multiples at that. There were several days we didn't have chairs to sit at all day long, and had to use the grass area. It is absolutely not an experience that we want to experience again whatsoever and refuse to pay for something that is so ill organized! If we wanted to have a Disney World experience, then we would have gone to Disney World... Otherwise, our condo was clean in the inside but felt that patio needed work. The chair cushions and stains on the patio were filthy. Hopefully the management really gets the pool situation under control, so that other families can have a much more pleasant experience.

Absolutely amazing condo

Beautiful condo, well appointed, in a great location. We wanted a location with access to the beaches as well as the amenities of Seacrest. We also prefer properties with no stairs, due to having a toddler who loves to climb. This condo provided that and so much more! First off, the floorplan is a 3 bed, 3 bath, so would very comfortably accommodate a much larger group than the 3 of us. We loved that the layout was spacious and the furnishings luxurious. Beds were very comfortable. Linens were nice. Unit was very clean (important with small kids)! View from the master and the deck was just amazing! Waking up each morning to a view of the ocean was awesome! We would definitely consider this a unit that we would visit again! Thank you for the great vacay!

Condo was perfectly clean, comfortable and spacious to fit our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Owner was great with communication which was made easy through text and and the app. Spent a lot of time on the gorgeous balcony with the beach view. Good location, close to beach, pool and restaurants, we were able to walk and use the tram to get everywhere we wanted to go. One thing that would have been nice is to have a few more cooking items available, cupboards were completely bare, not even salt and pepper. Additionally would have liked to have beach toys/gear for the kids, a shame to have to buy items just for our stay, that we couldn't tote home with us. If you want to enjoy the beach definitely rent an umbrella and chairs through the service the owner suggests, we were so glad we did! All in all we were very happy with this property and would come again!

Relaxing Getaway on 30A

Reviewer Comments: Two adult couples rented the condo for a week of relaxation, to enjoy the beautiful beaches, and tour all the beach towns between Rosemary Beach and Destin. The location was perfect to meet our goals - easy to walk to the beach, stunning sunsets, and close proximity to everything on our list. The property was super clean, nicely decorated and the photos are 100% accurate. We would highly recommend to a friend or relative.The only hiccup was not receiving the text the management sent letting us know we were able to check in 3 hours ahead of schedule on Saturday. For some reason the text did not come thru and with a fully packed car, we were limited in what we could do that 1st day. At check in time, I called and received the entrance code quickly.

Great vacay!

Great location and love being on the 4th floor so we can see the ocean. Well decorated, and appointed. The bedroom closet were a especially appreciated with lots of storage space and hangers. It would be great to have info about how the tvs work in each room. Never figured out how to get cable channels in the bedrooms. Would have enjoyed a "dining" table & chairs on the deck. Would love to book again. Thank you.
