Spacious Condo in Las Palmas Resort

Comfortable, spacious 2 bedroom condo with 2 full bathrooms. Sleeps 6 with 1 king traditional mattress, 1 queen traditional mattress, and 1 couch pull-out bed in living room. The king bed is in the master bedroom, the queen bed is in the 2nd bedroom. Ground level. 1400 sq. feet. Garden view.

Includes access to 4 hot tubs total heated year round and 5 pools total, one indoor pool heated year round, diving pool, lap pool, kids' pool, waterfall pool, and pool with large shallow lounge/play area. Access to two exercise rooms, outdoor basketball and pickleball and playgrounds.
Two different pool areas are very close to the unit (with a pool and hot tub in each), and the "HUB" - with one very large pool area - is a couple-minute walk away from the condo with water slide pool, splash area, clubhouse with gym, diving pool, indoor pool, lap pool and 2 hot tubs. Access for 8 people at a time to the HUB is included. HOURS: The two pool areas nearest to the condo are open until 10:00 pm and the two pools are heated March-Oct and the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, as well as MLK and President's Day weekends. The hot tubs are heated year round. The HUB clubhouse and pools are open March - Oct from 9am to 9pm, and Nov - Feb: Sun-Thurs from 9 to 6pm and Fri-Sat from 9 to 9pm. The lap pool, kiddie pool, and splash pad are closed in winter but the indoor pool, slide pool and hot tub are open/heated.

Includes WiFi and stocked kitchen (appliances, dishes, utensils).
Close to Zion, Bryce, and Snow Canyon National Parks.

Place was clean a spacious. Perfect for the four of us. Close to the pools, the family pool was our favorite even on the rainy days. Ground floor was super convenient and we loved having the playground right out our door.

We basically just slept there. It was comfortable enough, but not spotlessly clean. We used the pullout couch and there was debris under it. There were dishes that weren't clean. Most of the pillows were stained (thank goodness for pillow cases). One person saw a bug (2x) in the hall bathroom. I didn't. Appreciated having access to laundry facilities. Location for us was good.

This particular condo at Las Palmas was clean and spacious as listed. The master bed was comfortable and the main level made for great proximity and easy access to the pool. The resort is located in an excellent area of St. George, i.e close to walking trails and central to lots of restaurants. My biggest suggestion is that there are things that need updating or attention such as lamps in the living room that work (the condo is pretty dark inside), better shower heads in both bathrooms, new bathroom faucets, nicer pool towels, and a toilet seat and lid that actually fit the toilet in the hallway bath. Overall it’s a good place to kick back and relax and enjoy some great pool time!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This condo was perfect for a family weekend. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels. We were steps from a playground and could sit on the patio and watch the children playing. Our favorite pool of the complex was just a few steps beyond that. We had a great time and would stay here again.

Nice location and kitchen

On the positive side, the kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Condo was very clean. Owner was responsive to our needs; came to replace a lightbulb and the battery of the fire alarm which had been chirping all night. Nice area and okay complex, except for the plethora of speedbumps. Ground floor provides good access. Beds were comfortable and a good height for wheelchair users. Nice landscaping with large palm treesOn the weaker side, the condo was advertised as "wheelchair accessible". Yes, you can get a wheelchair in the front door, but there was barely enough room to get a wheelchair through the door to the bedroom. Bathrooms are not accessible in the least if you use a wheelchair/can't walk. I could not get my chair through the doorway. There were no grab bars around the toilet or in the tub/shower and no portable shower chair was available. The condo could use updating. Chairs in the living room were large and uninviting. Bathrooms also need updating.

Outstanding Condo!

Aside from some diabolical speedbumps in the complex, everything was great! Condo was very clean, very spacious, and perfectly located about 100 steps from either the waterfall pool, or the family pool, which had a hot tub.The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. Patio is on the shady side so it never gets direct sun. Patio overlooks a kids playground, so it's an ideal setup for a family with kids. Great spot for happy hour!The price was beyond fair for the property and amenities. We'd definitely stay here again if in St. George!

Great place for famlies

Our family loved the location of the condo right by the waterfall pool. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with basics - be sure to buy or bring any cooking ingredients you may need. Las Palmas resort is convenient to so many activities in St. George - it seemed like everything we wanted to do was a 10 minute drive. We loved our stay!

A comfortable short stay.

This was property was used as a short pass through stay. It was clean and well supplied, just a bit dated and dark for our taste. There were no issues, just personal preference.

Super Comfortable Condo

We really enjoyed our night in this condo. It was spacious, comfortable and easy! Ground floor, so easy access and the fireplace was delightful after a chilly evening at an outdoor concert!Kitchen was a little light on the basics
. Had to use a wok because it was the closest thing to a frying pan, but it was also equipped with an electric roasting pan that made adequate crepes. We adapted and made great memories. Will definitely stay again!
