Have you been feeling stressed looking for a luxury rental at an affordable price? This condo has been completely remodeled and beautifully furnished with a ‘money no object‘ approach. Stylish designer pieces, lovely accessories, and thoughtful extras make this like staying at a friend’s luxurious house rather than a vacation rental. You will love returning "home" to this calm, spacious condo after a day of exploring and swimming.

Two master suites with private ensuites - both with King beds. Bedroom 3 has a King bed and shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 4 which has two full bunk beds with twins on top. A total of 7 beds that can sleep 12. Extra bedding is "Available Upon Request" if needed. We can provide a pack-n-play and/or an air mattress for up to 4 additional guests.

Perfect place for a family

We loved the location. Close to hiking, biking, shopping & restaurants. The remodel is beautiful. The condo is spacious and had all the amenities we needed and more.

There were several older females staying in the condo which is very comfortable and well appointed with all you need for a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Senior Softball Trip

The place is by far the best we have stayed at yet! The host had the place so well stocked too! We took advantage of the pool/ hot tub/ and hiking trail nearby.

Gorgeous place!

This condo was beautiful! Four rooms with plenty of space. The kitchen is big and bright with everything you need. Also love the living room, dining room and patio. It’s ground level so no stairs. Easy to get a hold of host if needed. We will be coming back again!

Spacious and a great place for gathering several families

Owner was very accommodating. A little disappointed with a few cleanliness issues. Refrigerator was dirty, sheets and pillow cases had spots of blood and pet hair, and dirty clothes were left in a laundry basket.

The Best

This was the best place we have stayed at in Las Palmas. It was clean and has everything we needed. My kids loved the bunk room and my teenagers loved having their own king size beds. Was a great place for all ages.

It was very nice, but it would have been nice if instructions were given on how to operate the TV and the fireplace. We finally got the TV in the living room to work, but even after we discovered there were no batteries in the master bedroom smaller remote and bought some, we couldn't get the TV to work. There was also a large amount of hair in the shower drain in the master bedroom.

Excellent property

We had a great stay at le chĂąteau in las palmas. Every aspect of the property was great. We had family staying at another condo in las palmas and there was no comparison to le chateau. We will definitely stay here next time we come to st George.

This was an awesome property! Beautiful rooms with lots of space, you are the farthest away from the main clubhouse but right across from the family pool. Our only complaints were that the cleaning person didn’t have enough time in between the last guests so several of our towels were put away wet and we had to wait for the load in the dryer to dry which took several cycles to complete to finish our towels. My parents pillow cases were still damp on their bed, and then there was a vape pen left in our closet either from the cleaners or the last guest. Other than that we were happy with the accommodations.

Very comfortable

This was a very comfortable place to stay. It fit all of my family and the bunk room even had toys, which was super nice. The patio area was so relaxing. No complaints.

The overall stay was fantastic. Really comfortable, super clean, and newly renovated. The complex has aged and is huge, but all of the amenities are great and the unit is Fantastic.

Perfect for several small families

Was perfect for 3 families -parents all had own room and bathroom and kids all crashed in the bunk room. Patio was nice to visit out in, living/kitchen area was very roomy. Love Las Palmas and this condo was updated, clean and just what we needed.

He was the best to work with, emailed me back right away and was very gracious. The place was amazin

I would stay here again no question. Bunk room was super fun for the kids with toys as an added bonus. The condo had a very big feel to it and so much to do at the resort. We loved swimming indoors in the winter!

Wonderful vacation spot

This provided the perfect home base for a family vacation with married kids and grandkids. The condo is beautiful, spacious, and well-stocked. It was very comfortable for our family. With 4 bedrooms and large common spaces, it couldn't have been better. We would definitely stay here again!

This is Paradise

This place is luxurious and spotless and the beds feel like heaven. Everything is there for you to stay a day or a month in comfort. The only issue we had was that the back door would not shut at all. We could t pull it shut, let alone lock it. This was fine for us bc we didn't leave the property but it did make us feel uncomfortable at night sleeping there with no way to secure ourselves inside the property. I hope that this issue is resolved before the next time we rent this amazing place. This is, bar none, the most comfortable, clean, peaceful, terrific place to stay and you and your family will enjoy it I guarantee it.

Best Property at Las Palmas

This is my favorite property we have stayed at while at Las Palmas. We’ve stayed at 3 different properties and this one blows the others out of water. The updated modern style and amenities set it apart. We will definitely try to return to this property every year when we come to St George for the Tuacahn musicals.

This was an awesome place to stay - they had everything that we needed plus more - definitely would stay again - located towards back of property so it was quiet - perfect place to stay with family - only down side was the people upstairs were a bit noisy running back and forth and dragging things across the floor and under things could be cleaned a bit better but overall a definite A - love the place and hope to be able to stay again
