We loved our stay here. The place was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and it had everything we needed for preparing food in the kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a great location in relation to our activities in Victoria. Highly recommended!

A comfortable, clean and peaceful home away from home while visiting Victoria, in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with easy bus access to downtown (#27 stop is 4 mins walk from house) and the UVIC campus a 30 minute walk away.

Great stay for me and my wife! Perfect little spot, the location was very private and quiet. Clean and comfortable, and very well stocked with all the essentials. A rental vehicle made it very easy to get around. 10 minute drive to UVic, 15 minutes to downtown/harbour. Enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Fantastic little cottage in Victoria. Colleen's place was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. It was just enough room for the two of us without feeling crowded. She had all the amenities we needed, even a bbq we could use outside. The front door opens out onto a patio in her backyard so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the warm weather. The street is very quiet and we felt safe parking our car there. Her place is close to grocery stores and shopping. The distance to downtown is more than a walk, but we had a car so drove in to the city each day. There are buses nearby so that may be an option if you don't have a vehicle. Colleen was quick to answer any questions I had before our stay and during. I would definitely stay here again, if ever in Victoria.

This little suite was perfection. The kitchen was stocked incredibly well. The bedroom and large walk in closet made it so easy to put away our clothes. The in suite laundry was fantastic to have.Colleen has thought of absolutely everything to make this perfect home away from home.

We loved the suite, nice and private, our pet was welcomed warmly. We had what ever we needed, very handy location as we could walk to get groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Seemed to be a safe neighbourhood, had no issues. We are hoping to return for a repeat visit. Colleen was very nice as host, if we wanted anything she looked after us. We stayed 4 weeks. Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the cottage and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived and was very easy to settle into. There was a small desk so I could easily work and the wifi connection was fast and powerful.Colleen was an excellent host: friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Check‑in was smooth, and all instructions were clear.The location was ideal and made it easy to enjoy the area while still having a quiet, comfortable place to come home to. We loved our stay! Check in was a breeze with easy and fast communication. It was super clean and had everything you would need plus more for a comfortable stay. The bed was great and we appreciated the extra blankets in the big closet. The closet had plenty of room to hang everything plus store our luggage. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to make meals. Easy parking on the street. On street parking was easy. Great location with plenty of amenities and great coffee shops and restaurants near by. Loved that we could walk our dog in the area with plenty of easy to access parks and trails. Overall a pleasant experience and wonderful stay.
