BE IN THE HEART OF IT ALL! This villa is located on South Forest Beach within 10 minute walking distance of Coligny Plaza. The property is on the first floor of Seaside Villas where you can view the ocean from the balcony. Seaside Villas is a beautiful complex located about 75 yards from the beach and you don't have to cross the street to get to it. You can also enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, bbq grills and sun deck just steps from the villa's door.

RELAX AND UNWIND! Inside you will find a king-sized bed along with a queen-sized pull out sofa in the living area. Two TVs along with high speed Wi-Fi access are provided. There's plenty of storage for your belongings, as well.

PACK LIGHTLY! A washer and dryer INSIDE the villa is rare, and you'll have it all to yourself.

ENJOY THE WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN! Amenities such as coffee brewer, blender, toaster, microwave, range and dishwasher are a few of the kitchen amenities provided. Most of the kitchenware and cookware are brand new.

This nicely updated condo was perfect for us! The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. You can’t beat the location which is walking distance to Coligny.

This is a wonderful condo, everything new, fully outfitted. We appreciated the closeness to the stairs and elevator, the pool, and of course the beach. Everything perfect for a weekend retreat.

Perfect spot for a long weekend!

Went for a long weekend with my husband and this condo was perfect! Condo was clean, nicely updated and well equipped with everything we needed. Communication with Chrissy was excellent from booking to during the stay and check out. We especially loved the location to the beach and walking distance to shopping & restaurants.

Ocean View Villa

Very clean room with all needed essentials. Short walk to beach and to shops and restaurants. This was our second trip to HHI and stayed here both times. Would highly recommend this place and looking forward to our next trip to HHI!

Perfect weekend away

The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The check-in process was seamless and the host communication before and during was great. I had to reach out to the host with a question during our stay, and she responded very quickly. The location was great with quick access to the beach and for us to ride our bikes to Coligny. We would definitely stay here again!

Great communication

We had a fantastic stay with our family. Chrissy couldn't have made our stay easier. Location was excellent and right on the beach with restaurants within walking distance. Bed was comfortable for a good nights sleep after a long day at the beach. Perfect for our family of four! Highly recommend.

Convenient and Exactly as Described

Property check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. Owner was very communicative, welcoming, and responsive. Bed was comfortable and the unit seemed to have all the things we needed for a weekend stay. Access to the beach was close and convenient to the unit.

Positives: location, access to beach, cleanliness of the property, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella.Negatives: microwave broke down before check-in. The owner didn't provide any alternatives or compensation for missing an item from the property listing which was present during booking. The couch needs cleaning as it had hairs and dust over it. We used a bedsheet to cover the couch before using it.

Excellent Stay

Great condo! Excellent location!! Condo was absolutely perfect for our family(Wife and 2 year old daughter). Property is right on the beach with very easy access. Condos are in walking distance from Coligny Plaza(restaurants and shops). This particular unit came with a washer and dryer which was extremely convenient! Both the king bed and pull out sofa beds were extremely comfortable. The hosts were very quick to respond with any questions!

Beach Getaway

Cannot say enough about this listing. We have stayed at many other units in this complex before and this was by far the best ! Wonderful communication prior to stay with clear instructions. Check in was a breeze ! This unit has been updated with great use of the limited space. Nicely decorated , great ( clean ) mattresses, linen, and pillows. Close to pool but not noisy at all. My favorite was that it had its own in unit Washer and Dryer with detergent included. Will definitely re-book next Summer if Available! Thanks for a lovely stay.
