Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this beautifully renovated 3rd-floor villa, the perfect escape for two. Enjoy an open-concept design with a plush King bed, cozy Queen sleeper, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a spa-style walk-in shower. Sip coffee on your private balcony, stroll the beach just steps away, or bike to nearby shops and restaurants — beach chairs and bikes included for your adventure.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

The villa was nice and clean, close to the elevator. The king bed was wonderful! We walked everywhere and had many choices for food and beverages.

Great location neat the beach

We had a great time and it was just a short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and a wagon provided, which made getting to and from the beach easy. The property was in good shape and we took advantage of the pool

This was our second time renting from Jeremy and Kendall and we will never rent from anyone else again! The unit was extremely clean and updated, with everything you need. Beach chairs and bikes included. Kendall personally reached out to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything - communication was quick and very helpful! We love Seaside and Hilton Head, and any unit of Jeremy and Kendall’s is top tier! We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location. Have stayed at Sea side Villas for over 25 years. The complex is always updated and clean. This unit has central air and king size bed. Everything you need is in the unit. Really good ocean view.

Kendall is a great guy person to deal with. He was totally open and honest. Gave us ideas on where to go and what to do on HHI. His place is perfect for a couple looking to stay on the beach . His place is safe clean and comfortable.

Beautiful rental - everything you need for a nice relaxing stay in Hilton Head. Great location - easy walk to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza

Perfect Getaway

Can’t beat this location and the amenities that it has to offer. We utilized the beach chairs, towels and wagon on the beach and it couldn’t have worked better. Highly recommend!

Great little getaway spot!

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. Great for a couple. Loved seeing and being so close to the ocean. It is also close to nice restaurants and other areas. The host was awesome! So responsive and even had a little gift for us when we arrived! Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway
