Property was great...clean and had enough amenities for us to use for the week. The whole process was very easy! Didn't need to communicate with Sanctuary for any additional needs while we were there. Good location for us. We were in town because our grandson was playing for the First Tee of Phila. in the Pure Insurance Golf Tournament at Pebble Beach and Spyglass. Great restaurants in the area too.

Amazing stay with our girlfriends. The living room has a lot of natural light and perfect for hanging out and staying in. Cozy and welcoming. The kitchen has everything you’d ever need. Good for dining in. Provisions are good. The bedroom spacious and decorated well. Only thing for me - bed too soft. And the bathroom, clean and bright.A great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. And good proximity to town. We’d be back!

This was a lovely house in a great location! Very clean, very tastefully decorated, very comfortable. Unfortunately I left something behind...but Thomas at Sanctuary called me right away and walked me through the steps to get my item back. Excellent customer service!

Caramel getaway

Reviewer Comments: Gorgeous newly furnished home with every comfort imaginable from the soft bed linens to the well~stocked kitchen.There was plenty of room for the four of us to relax separately and then gather for games and visiting.Carmel-by-the Sea was a five minute drive as well as the beach.Great location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house overall was very nice, clean and comfortable with good amenities. The staff ...very helpful and always available to speak with. The reason we couldn't give this property 5 stars is because it backs up to the main road and the road noise is constant. If you are noise sensitive this might be a concern.

Nice, well maintained house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house and grounds were exactly as described. The house was well appointed and immaculately clean. Everything was provided, like tissues, toiletries and nightlights. The people at Sanctuary Vacation Rentals went above and beyond making us feel welcome and comfortable, from the calls before and after check in to the welcome crackers, cheese and wine. We could walk to downtown in less than 15 minutes, although the walk is a bit awkward along the roads without sidewalks. There is a BBQ and outdoor furniture on the deck, and adirondack chairs in the back yard. The yard is unfortunately not completely fenced in, which would have made our stay with our dog nicer. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac, but the property borders on a busy road in the back. It was not an issue for those in our group who live in a city, but the road noise was bothersome for me.
