This newly renovated condominium is located on the third floor at the beautiful Palisade Palms; it is perfect for getaways and staycations for both romantic partners and for families. Palisade Palms contains the most safe and luxurious properties on the entire island.

The Space:
COMMON SPACES:

Living room
Open and spacious, the living room features floor to ceiling large windows and is furnished with high-quality and comfortable seating with an enormous 75 inch flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. There is a cute new dining table just added (9/2020).

Balcony
The large sliding glass door in the living room opens you up to a beautiful view of the ocean. The balcony comes complete with a large set of patio furniture and is the perfect place to listen to the ocean waves, watch the sunset, and to be completely relaxed with all your guests.

Main Closet
In the main closet (across from the washer and dryer), you will find clean blankets, beach towels, beach toys, tennis equipment, ping pong equipment, a soccer ball and many other extra things we have included so that you and your guests have the most amazing experiences during your stay.

Kitchen
The kitchen comes (very) well equipped with a large island, bar seating, and stainless steel appliances. The island features a large sink, designed to make things easy for families, and a full dishwasher is also available. All appliances are new since the remodel in 2019 to give you and your family the luxury and convenience you deserve. The kitchen should be fully equipped to handle your needs as you choose to cook, bake, and grill for your loved ones. Also, please enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen!

Bedroom #1:
The master bedroom sports a stunning window view of the ocean with an exceedingly comfortable California king-sized and tempur pedic bed. This bedroom has a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall for you to enjoy from the comfort of this amazing bed. As the condo is also on a low floor, the master bedroom’s window conveniently overlooks the pool area, making the bedroom perfect for parents who wish to stay inside and yet still be able to check on loved ones at the pool. The master bathroom contains a large tub and large standing shower. The master bedroom has plenty of space to make this room feel like your home away from home. There is closet space to hang your clothes, but I have locked one closet in the master bedroom to keep some personal belongings safe inside.

Bedroom #2:
Contains 2 twin-sized beds with a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a beautiful standing shower. There is also a closet with plenty of space to hang your clothes. From each room, including from the balcony, you and your loved ones will make unforgettable memories of incredible views of our secluded Grand Beach, our luxury quality pools and spas, and our magical sunrises and sunsets.

Bedroom #3/Den:
There is a spacious den with a nice couch that pulls out into a comfortable bed to sleep 2 people. On top of the pullout bed, there is a foam pad for extra comfort and stability. THIS BEDROOM DOES NOT HAVE A DOOR! Linens and bedding are located inside the ottomans. Extra pillows are located inside the closet in bedroom #2.

For large groups, you can rent out the guest suite, party room, or lanai area; please notify me ahead of time because there is a fee to do so.

***I own a worldwide luxury chauffeured car service. If you need transportation to/from the airport, please let me know in advance of arrival. All guests get a discount.

Guest Access:
Everything minus the one closet in the master bedroom.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is incredible. It is secluded and very secure with constant patrolling all throughout the day and evening. Beachtown homes are picturesque, so please walk through and snap a few cute photos!

Getting Around:
Palisade Palms has its own private access to the Grand Beach on East Beach. You will want to have your own vehicle to travel around, but travel is easy. If you do not use the pass I have for garage parking, please park on top of the garage or at the bottom but outside of the garage, if the top is full; this is visitor parking.

Other Things to Note:
Once you walk into the kitchen, inside the first drawer to the right, there is a pass you can hang on the rear mirror of your car that will allow you to park inside the garage. You must also go to the front desk and fill out a form with your license plate number. Please return that pass and the two FOB's to the drawer and the 1 FOB/key to the front desk upon leaving to avoid being charged a fee of $50 per item.

There is a trash chute across from the elevators on our floor (floor 3).

Inventory is being monitored, so please do your best to keep items inside the unit to avoid any extra charges.
