This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo sleeps up to 7 guests and is thoughtfully designed with a bright beach-chic aesthetic. You'll enjoy floor-to-ceiling Gulf views, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and access to resort-style amenities.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, full en-suite bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower, dual sinks, smart TV, ceiling fan, dresser, closet, and nightstands with charging stations. This bedroom is dressed to impress with Navy Furniture, a King bed and luxurious bedding. It's all topped off with luxury Starfish lamps accenting each night-stand. This bedroom also offers a complimentary sound machine and luggage racks.Get ready for a delightful surprise—these pull-down shades aren’t just your ordinary blackout shades! Their unique design lets in just the right amount of light while adding a stylish touch to your space. Enjoy the warmth of natural light without sacrificing elegance!
The second bedroom is a fun costal blue with orange/coral accents. This room includes a queen bed, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, smart TV, ceiling fan, luggage racks and plenty of storage. There is a comfortable swivel chair for viewing or relaxing in the room. The pull-down shades in this room are far from ordinary—they may not be black-out shades, but they still bring a unique charm and ambiance that transforms the space!

The third bedroom offers twin bunk beds plus a pull-out twin trundle bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, storage console, and easy access to the full shared bath and the half bath.

The open kitchen includes Bosch appliances, granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary K-Cups and creamer, a dishwasher with pods provided, and a dining area with seating for six plus two barstools at the island. Gulf views extend into the dining and living areas, making meal time feel like vacation time.

The living space is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, offering a large seating area, smart TV, and games for all ages. The TV is a smart TV so you can login to your favorite streaming service and we also have a cable remote for basic cable service if you prefer. Step outside to the private balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while watching pelicans soar over the waves. The electric grill is an added bonus for grilling out on the balcony.

You’ll also enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and thoughtful extras like hairdryers in all bathrooms, an iron, ironing board, steamer, and a fully stocked beach closet with beach towels, a beach bag, umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys.

As our guest, you’ll have full access to Palisade Palms' extensive resort-style amenities to include free parking. On the first floor, you'll find a resort-style pool and hot tubs, with direct access to the private boardwalk that leads straight to East Beach.

The garage level (Level B) features outdoor showers for rinsing off after the beach.

The third floor offers a fitness center, game room with shuffleboard, board games, foosball, pool table and more, plus a resident lounge, and an ice maker. Just across the lanai, you'll find the ping pong table and more fun spaces to enjoy.

The lobby level is where you will find tennis and pickle ball courts, a mini putting green, and a basketball/sports court available for your use.

The property is very secure and requires key fob access to use all amenities, elevators, and exterior doors.
