Be the first to stay in this newly constructed and meticulously furnished home in the historic district, just a 5-10 minute walk into the center of downtown St. Augustine where you can explore museums, parks, shops, and the riverfront! You will feel secluded in the privacy of the beautifully furnished and fully fenced backyard, although you will be in the heart of the Lincolnville district of downtown and a short 7-9 minute walk to the Lightner Museum, the San Sebastian Winery, St. Augustine Distillery with The Ice Plant Restaurant, and the historic art district.



You will feel at home the moment you enter the private driveway as you begin to imagine yourself enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the charming covered front porch and second floor balcony. 25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
