In the heart of Miami, brand new home, 2 story house, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, bath tub, and a private swimming pool,
Bedrooms above are stylish with a great king size bed in the master bedroom and the second bedroom with a private balcony, overlooking to the swimming pool.
location is great, next Coral way s shopping, and dinning, Brickell area its only minutes away.
Transportation is really easy, and you could walk to almost everything.
free trolley all around Coral Gables

Private swimming pool, walk distance to shopping malls, and supermarkets.
Miracle Mile is two blocks away, bars, coffee shops and restaurants.

2 free parking spaces, please make sure you don’t block pathway access, police in the area are quick to give fines for that reason.

Every amenity possible. Beautifully appointed large (5 br) house in convenient location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go within 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Vivian was a spectacular host and provided outstanding hospitality! Modern Haven is a gorgeous and comfortable home. We appreciated that it was stocked with every imaginable amenity for guest's use. We really enjoyed the backyard that was our private luxury resort with a heated pool, hot tub, and comfy patio furniture. The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops in Coral Gables. A gem!

Amazing Stay!

I cannot express what an amazing house this was and hosted by amazing people! The host was very welcoming and helpful and quick to respond. The house was spacious enough for everyone. Location is great lot of shopping and grocery stores near by. Everyone was happy… Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely fabulous home and host!

We had the most amazing stay for our daughter’s UMiami graduation with our family. Not only is the home even more beautiful than the pictures (and perfect for spending quality time together in the fabulous indoor and outdoor common areas), but the owner thinks of absolutely every possible detail in providing for and anticipating every need her guests may have - so above and beyond, including incredibly proactive and helpful communication prior to and during our stay. Highly Recommend!!!

Great house for girls weekend

Stayed here for my bachelorette party. Vivian was very communicative in the lead up to our trip, quickly answering my questions. The house was very spacious, perfect for a group of 10 girls. We spent one night in and enjoyed the pool and backyard area. The location was walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and a Publix! Great stay.

A+ stay

I can't say enough about our family stay this past weekend. We were here to celebrate my daughter's graduation and I had to house 8 family members.. coming and going. This house was perfect / beautiful, comfortable.. with all the amenities and then some. Tori is exceptional in the way she handles her guests from the welcome to the departure - including a follow up for forgotten items:) She is available and immediately responsive to your every need. I highly recommend this property!

Effortless and perfect location

We stayed here for a week, two parents and three children ages 12, 14, and 16. Three thins we loved about the property: 1. Tori was super responsive. The owners operate three properties on the same street so are easily accessible and responsive. Text messages responded to within minutes 2. Location: you are with two blocks of Coral Gables’ restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping 3. Atmosphere: as you pull up you immediately recognize that the property one of a new crop of houses, modern designs replacing pretty old single-family, single story units. You walk in to a sleek kitchen leading to a backyard pool with sofas, dining table, and BBQ that invite you to spend afternoons lounging … which we did a lot of The only downside for us was that we had intended to spend our days exploring Miami as we are thinking of moving down. Instead we often found ourselves opting to stay at “home” to relax by the pool, cook meals, walk or run around Coral Gables. We will definitely be back.

Love a great conversation, connecting with inspirational and courageous people, exploring new places, working out, spending time in the ocean, practising yoga, riding bikes and doing creative work. I now live in Miami, I adore The US and owe a lot to it !!! Next trip when I get the chance: Maui Hawaii.

This property is modern , spaceful ,and very comfortable. The energy is great.
Living area is perfect, we make it ready for guests that like to stay at home ,we included basic spices and basic products in the kitchen to avoid time spent in shopping minor items.
