Located on the 2nd floor, this spacious villa features vaulted ceilings, an inviting open layout, and charming plantation shutters in the loft for added privacy.

Step onto the screened private balcony, where you’ll enjoy peaceful moments overlooking the shimmering Hidden Dunes lake. With access to two community pools and just a 2-minute walk to the sugar-white sands, this villa offers the ideal balance of relaxation and adventure.

As a guest of Villa 43, you’ll enjoy seasonal complimentary beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella, making your days by the Gulf even more effortless. Whether you’re unwinding on the beach, lounging poolside, or casting a line into the lake, this charming villa is your perfect home away from home on the Emerald Coast.

Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Two spaces are at the Villa, 1 is overflow.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Per Homeowner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We may require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
