Hidden Dunes Beach and Tennis Resort offers 3 swimming pools (heated seasonally), 3 hot tubs, a tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoes, scenic walking trails, a catch-and-release fishing lake, and 2000' of beach front – there is so much to do at Hidden Dunes! Hidden Dunes is located in Miramar Beach and offers easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach, Destin, and 30A have to offer!

✹ NO SMOKING, NO CANDLES
✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
