Hello - The property was very nice in a good location by Whole Foods and other restaurants and shops. I would recommend improving communication from the property management, better instructions on how to get to parking spot and entrance and the mattress was VERY unsleepable. I would highly suggest the owners invest in a better mattress and one that you can't feel the springs when you touch it. Other than that, the place was VERY clean and decorations were very nice.

Founded in August 2017, JĪ:HAN | The Palacio Properties is a minority-owned, woman- owned hospitality company delivering high-end short-term stays in prime locations with a true home-like feel. We focus on what travelers care about most: comfortable king beds, soft linens and pillow options, family-friendly items for little ones, accessible features where available, fully stocked kitchens, TVs, and thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and creamer—plus the essentials that make travel easy. — Jia-Li, CEO (Cancer Survivor, 2025) From foster care to CEO, Jia built her career in real estate operations early—senior management by 20, AVP by 27, and later Vice President of Operations at an asset management company in Scottsdale, AZ. After 25 years in executive leadership, she chose a path centered on hospitality, flexibility, and raising her two children. Jia also brings a unique advantage: she has traveled extensively and stayed in short-term rentals around the world—so she understands the guest experience firsthand. That “guest + host” perspective guides every detail we provide and every process we build. JĪ:HAN | The Palacio Properties combines warm hospitality with strong systems and automation to deliver a customer-first experience and consistent, comfortable spaces designed specifically for travelers (not room-sharing). If a property is in our portfolio, it has been carefully vetted by our team for quality, comfort, and guest experience—so you can book with confidence. JĪ:HAN | The Palacio Properties
