Email communication made check in super easy. Condo was clean, had all amenities needed and we would stay here again. Centrally located and I would recommend staying here.

Nice property near Kierland

Nice, clean, well laid out and maintained property near Kierland. Property manager was readily available and responsive. Would stay again.

The pool was lovely. The check in process was a bit messy. I had to wait to get the check in code because the property management company didn’t have my husbands name as the second guest and we were told the renting contract had not been signed. I was surprised the company waited until 15 minutes before I was to check in to gather all of this information. The nines condo is in a great location .

We are do delighted that you enjoyed your stay! For the 15 min before check in, that is for codes.. We send pre-arrival information 24 hours before check in and specific unit and codes are sent 15 min before. We do this for the privacy of current guests as we have, unfortunately, had guests attempt to enter our units prior to check in, causing distruption. For the rental agreement, this is displayed on our listing prior to booking and we also request this right after booking. We would love to have you back anytime!

We did like the place a lot. There was a light in the head board that look like it shorted out and caught the head board on fire. You should probably have that replaced. Also it is kind of gross that there is not a new sponge to do dishes. overall we liked the place.

Thank you for the review. We are a bit confused about the headboard as nothing was stated during your stay. We also checked the headboard and there are no signs of the headboard being "on fire".. We also keep extra sponges under the sink. We, unfortunately, cannot do anything to assist our guests if there is no communication. Thank you for staying with us!

The condo was clean and in great condition. The communication with the host left something to be desired. I had to contact VRBO twice to have the property manager provide the unit number the day before check in so I could schedule a grocery delivery. Also, the check in instructions said we could not set the temperature of the unit below 70 degrees. There was nothing about the thermostat in the listing information, and had there been, I would have selected a different unit to rent. Overall a good stay, but only if you like to sleep warmer.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt frustrated during your stay. To clarify for future guests: our check-in process (including when unit details are released) is clearly stated in the listing & house rules before booking, and repeated in our pre-arrival instructions. For security and guest privacy, we do not provide the unit number the day before check-in. This policy is in place because we previously had guests attempt to enter units well before check-in time, causing issue with the current staying geust. Regarding the A/C: this is also disclosed in the house rules. In extreme heat, lowering the thermostat too far can freeze the HVAC system, which leave guests without A/C for an extended period while we wait for a technician. We’d rather have a safeguard in place than risk anyone being without AC in triple-digit temperatures. Additionally, this stay occurred in November, when outdoor temperatures can be in the 50s. Had the guest conveyed they were warm/hot we would have been more than happy to assist. We also have ceilng fans. Finally, we’re always happy to help — but it is hard for us to be affective hosts when infiormation is provided before booking and that information was not reviewed. Any guest that has contacted us about lower the temp below 70 has always been approved and help guide them to lower gradually & not a hard drop. We want our guests to be comfortable & we have and always will do our very best. The Palacio Properties
