Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, welcome to your pet-friendly Sea Pines retreat—an inviting two-story villa perfectly positioned with serene golf course and lagoon views. Thoughtfully designed with space and comfort in mind, this home offers four well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together (including your four-legged friend).

The primary suite on the main floor features a king bed and private ensuite, offering convenience and privacy. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 additional king bedrooms, and a charming queen-with-twin setup—perfect for kids or extra guests. The skylit living room fills the space with natural light and flows effortlessly into the open dining area and fully equipped kitchen, creating a warm, welcoming setting for gathering. Wind down with movie nights around the large flat-screen TV above the decorative fireplace, or step outside to enjoy casual cookouts on the patio with the propane grill.

You’ll also appreciate in-unit laundry, provided bed linens and bath towels, and thoughtful extras like four backpack beach chairs. When adventure calls, grab one of the four complimentary adult bikes and cruise Sea Pines’ scenic paths to the beach, Lawton Stables, or iconic Harbour Town. Guests enjoy access to the Harbour Town pool. rounding out the ultimate vacation experience. Whether you’re soaking in the views, exploring the neighborhood, or relaxing with your pup by your side, this villa delivers the best of Sea Pines living.

Wonderful Stay in Sea Pines!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Sea Pines for 4 nights. It’s centrally located, beautiful golf course views, and lovely beach decor and furniture. The house had everything we needed! My only recommendation is adding some sort of window covering to the bedroom upstairs with the two beds. Everything else was perfect for us!

I was very happy with the villa. Very clean and nicely stocked with necessities. The bedding was much nicer than most vacation rentals. That was a big plus! Great location in Sea Pines!
