Four of us stayed here for a weekend girls trip for my birthday. Great location. Close to grocery store, restaurants and Rogers Arena. The host was very responsive with any issues. For the light sleepers, it is next to the Skytrain and the bedrooms do look out onto it, so you will occasionally hear it. Overall great stay. Would stay here again.

Communication was great. Overall place needs a deep clean but was acceptable. Location good but keep in mind it’s right by train station for those sensitive to noise.

Comfortably hosted 6 friends for a week in Vancouver! Access to the city / transportation was a key amenity. Host was kind and quick to respond with any requests!

Nice central location. Very convenient for public transport. Good parking. Grocery stores (Asian and non-Asian) were very close. Clean, spacious and modern. Mid July and the weather was warm. No air conditioning but the multiple fans were very adequate to keep us comfortable.

The ceiling fans are very dusty, as are the blinds in the primary bedroom. The baseboard heaters keep falling apart. It was difficult to get an answer regarding a late checkout and the bathroom fan in the hall bathroom would not turn off. The wall switch needs repair. Having said all that, the space was good and the location was great. It is quite noisy from the skyline trains just outside the windows, however.

Great condo, great location

We loved this condo! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully updated with modern finishes and high-end appliances. The interior was fresh, stylish, and incredibly comfortable - very comfortable and great views. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything — restaurants, shops, and attractions were all just a few blocks away, so we never needed to use a taxi or uber. Management was also top-notch — very responsive, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Good location

This was a great location. Just a couple of things were lacking. No kettle, no drying towels in kitchen but did have paper towel. Master bedroom does not have a fan and there is no A/C so in summer this place will be hot. You can open the windows but the skytrain noise may be a problem for some.Otherwise it is a great place to stay!

Good city stay for couples or small family

Accurate to pictures, great to have the covered deck, walking distance to many places, bit of sky train noise but you get used to it, really appreciated early check in!

Arrived a bit late due to flight. Was unable to enter due to lack of complete entry instructions! You must use a “#” in front of code provided. Place was extremely clean but one bathtub facet was completely off the wall and shower was not usable. Understand that it happened with tenant prior to us but no prior notification's provided although was given a discount on our stay after I threatened to involve VRBO. Place serves its purpose but does need additional glasses and wine glasses as the apartment only had 3 of each!
