- Strict no parties or events policy
- No smoking or pets allowed
- Day visitors are limited to 3 people; total maximum at any time = 9 people
- Quiet hours: 9 PM – 7 AM (noise monitored by building management). A $1,000 fine for breach of this rule.
- To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.

🚫 Breach of rules may result in:
- $500 fine each for smoking or bringing pets into the property
- $500 cleaning fee for unauthorised events plus a $3,000 fine
- Early termination of stay with no refund
