House extremely clean, multiple areas to chill out. Double windows block the sound. Bonus of easy and ample parking on premises and on street. The host even left us nibbles and wine, greatly appreciated. We all really enjoyed our stay. Definitely a favourite

This is my second time at the apartment, and I would definitely return! It has great indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out, and it's always great to stay in Marrickville with all the food/pubs/breweries. A well-stocked kitchen and little extras left by the host made everything super easy. Even has parking - though we didn't need it.
