THE SPACE
The perfect location with the beach across the street and walking distance to the beach. Amazing sunrises can be seen from the Roof Top Terrace over looking the Ocean. There is plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests.

Bedroom Layout is:

Primary Bedroom - front bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bath, single sink, and combo tub shower. TV-Samsung 60"

Guest Bedroom 2 - back bedroom with a queen bed, shared hall bathroom, single sink and combo tub shower. TV-Vizio 50"

Upstairs Guest Bedroom 3 - 2 single twin beds, shared hall bathroom, single sink and combo tub shower. TV - Insignia 50"

Upstairs Guest Bedroom 4 - 2 single twin beds, TV - Proscan 42"

Additional TV in Family Room Samsung 60"

Access the upper deck from interior steps for amazing views. Sorry, no grills are allowed.

Kitchen is nicely equipped with Stainless appliances, Keurig single serve and small drip coffee pot, 2 slice toaster, blender, and an 8 quart crockpot.

Full size washer and dryer is located in kitchen laundry closet for your use.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Great family stay

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. The location was very convenient. Beach access was very close, which was great for our 3 little ones. And getting to the local restaurants was quite easy. The condo gave us plenty of space and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Perfect Beach Stay

Our family was meeting in St. Simons for the July 4th holiday and found the perfect place! The house is decorated nicely with plenty of room and comfy beds. We stayed on the beach all day the entire week. Luckily, the walk to the beach access was only a few steps away which made it very convenient. We will definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic place!

This place was perfect for our family to stay and each have our own rooms! It’s just across the street from the beach which was awesome. There’s a beach view from the rooftop deck and you get the sea breeze. We absolutely loved our stay! The boys said that they missed our “hotel” as soon as we left.

Had a great time! The location was right across the street from the public beach access. The house was clean and comfortably accommodated 8 adults. Large trash bin available and easy access to the house. Had the best weekend!!

Our family of six had a wonderful stay at the Beachcomber! The property was a short & easy walk to the beach for young & old alike. We all enjoyed seeing how much our two year old granddaughter enjoyed her first trip to the beach. The townhouse was immaculate, & there were beach towels & chairs in the upper level storage closet for guest to use. The bedrooms were large & well appointed. The kids room had plenty of toys & books. We all agreed that the town & area was a perfect place for a return visit. There is no need to go further south & cross into Florida! If this townhouse is available for our next family vacation, we will definitely stay at the Beachcomber!

Great location and ideal for families

Very clean and roomy. We had 5 adults and 1 child and never felt crowded. Ideal location to the beach and the town. Walking distance to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Annual Family holiday trip with a social distancing twist.

Nice house, walking distance close to the beach. Easy check in. Perfect for a mid-size group. Or ideal for two couples children. Captain's overlook was a nice bonus.

Great location

This condo has a great location. Close enough to pier and shops and only steps to the beach. The roof top terrace is nice too. The kitchen is much smaller than the pictures showed and is not ideal for cooking or even holding the snacks of our party of 8. I was able to condense the pots and pans in the pantry closet so we could use a shelf for storing our snacks. We also ended up buying a coffee pot because the tiny pot would not accommodate us and the keurig is too wasteful for 4 adult coffee drinkers. The beds were comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay and the kids were in heaven with their own tv in each room.
