Sunset Ridge - Meredith Lodging

Step into the stunning Sunset Ridge, an oceanfront gem in Lincoln City, and be blown away by the beauty of the upgraded home and the endless ocean views. Just steps away from the Roads End State Recreation Site, this home provides endless opportunities for creating priceless memories. The upstairs has a luxurious primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, gorgeous bathroom with a jetted tub, and private deck with breathtaking beach views. Two more bedrooms, both with queen beds, are on the upper level to provide additional space for family and friends. The downstairs features another primary bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom, along with a kids' room with two twin beds.

One of the best features of this home is the indoor hot tub and Pac-Man arcade machine located in a bonus room just off the dining area. Walk through the sliding glass door onto the large deck with plenty of seating and a BBQ for a timeless entertaining experience with the beach as the focal point. Sunset Ridge is also dog-friendly, so it's truly perfect for the whole family.

There is plenty to do if you are looking for an adventure. You'll find yourself within walking distance to the Chinook Winds Casino. Hop in the car and enjoy the nearby coastal towns and all the attractions along the way to Pacific City and Newport, only 30 minutes away in either direction.

The house was very clean and the views were amazing. We experienced kite flying on the beach, glass blowing in Lincoln City and fresh clam soup and fish. Fun times.

This house was PERFECT! Location, space, it had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to our questions and was very kind and helpful. By far the best house we have stayed at for our yearly family vacations in Lincoln City! Will never forget the beautiful sunsets we were able to capture each evening. Definitely will be booking again.

Lots of room for us all to spread out, the view was amazing, The beach was easy to get to and the house had a lot of amenities games, etc for us to play TVS to watch. The Kids love the game room and hot tub area, Would like to come back again next year

Our stay was great! The view was amazing and beach access within a short walking distance. There were 10 of us and a dog and the space was perfect. There is a fenced in grassy area that was perfect for our dog. The only tiny complaint I would have is that we ran out of dish soap and dishwasher pods. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect. I hope to book this house again.

Thank you for staying with us and for the review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. I apologize one of the twin beds was broken and that placing the mattress on the floor made the space unsuitable for older guests. We notified you as soon as the issue was discovered and were unable to source another bed frame on such short notice. Our maintenance team is replacing the frame with one that will be very durable and stand the test of time. I apologize again that your stay was disrupted and appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback.

Incredible views of the ocean from the home and deck!You have to walk across the park for access to the beach.The home needs some minor TLC, but is roomy and easily accommodates a large group. We were able to spend time outside on the deck due to the clear wind screen, that protected us from the wind. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately hot tub was filthy with tons of sand in it low water slimy couldn’t use it and yard was tall grass weeds and dog waste not piked up. Game room is sad broken foosball table one plastic ball and Pac-Man worn out controller. None of the sliding glass doors locked and white inside doors very dirty. View was amazing and so were rooms facing ocean. I think need better management company who clean and sanitize hot tub and do yard maintenance and respond to problems immediately so renters can use amenities during their stay. Very disappointed such a beautiful home but needs attention.

Thank you for staying with us and for the review. I’m sorry your stay didn’t earn five stars. I’m glad the view and the ocean-facing rooms were highlights. I apologize the hot tub, yard, game room, locks, and cleanliness fell short—those issues are not acceptable. We’ve had the hot tub drained, cleaned, sanitized, and the technician confirmed the filter and chemistry are now correct. Our landscaping team will take care of the high grass and animal waste. Maintenance will inspect and repair the sliding-glass door locks and either remove or replace the gaming systems (and listing will be updated accordingly, depending on their actions.) Thank you for calling these items out — we will take this opportunity to improve.
