Just steps from Barracks Row, and Eastern market with its metro stop and incredible mix of markets, restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment, this home provides the perfect base for exploring all that the area has to offer. This property also comes with a visitor parking pass.

The Space:
This artful space is perfect for families or friends alike! With it’s wonderfully comfortable and spacious living room. There is a smart TV to watch all your favorite shows and relax after a day in the city. Our full-sized kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to whip up a delicious meal. We also make sure to stock you with coffee and tea and the basic amenities you need for your stay! With two separate bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, it is the perfect space for traveling families and friends! We can sleep 6 guests with the following configuration:

The full sized bathroom is configured ‘Jack & Jill’ style with access from both bedrooms for your convenience, and stocked with all traveling essentials. We look forward to hosting you!

Guest Access:
The guest will have access to the entire home, and will be provided self check-in instructions prior to their check-in date.

Getting Around:
The closest metro is Eastern Market which is under a 10 minute walk from the property. In addition, we are about 5 minutes away from the 90/92 stop which will get you to Adams Morgan / U st that has incredible night life! We also are 1-3 blocks away from several Capital Bikeshares and bus lines, including the 30S, 36, 90 and more! You can buy SmarTrip tickets (like plastic credit cards) or paper tickets at the station, the SmarTrip cards give a better rate per ride than the paper tickets. (Ask for a senior rate if applicable). By Bike: - Capital Bikeshare offers bikes for rent by the hour or day and are available at the intersection at 12th St & Pennsylvania Ave SE and Eastern Market Metro / Pennsylvania Ave & 7th St SE.
