This is the second unit we’ve stayed in at this complex and we love it!! The location is fabulous and so close to the beach or you can stay on this side of the road and go to the bay side right at the complex. Our only complaint with this unit was the mattresses in each bedroom. They were so hard that neither of us slept well any of the nights we were there, between sore backs and/or hips.

I liked the development and the amenities. Having the option of going to the bay, or the ocean was nice. The pool was nice and never too busy. The unit is dated, but I expected that from seeing the pictures. I would have given it an excellent value for the money if not for these things;-Tiny TV’s -The dryer took forever to dry beach towels (I emptied the lent trap)-The beds were not comfortable and no additional bedding was provided other than a very thin comforter. The sheets felt like what you would get in a hospital bed. -The unit is very small and the owners have put locks on 3 of the 5 available closets. -My biggest issue was the CONSTANT smell of septic at the front door. That needs to be addressed because it would turn your stomach every time you stepped out, or walk up to the unit. It was terrible!

Thank you for your feedback about Baywatch G5. I’m glad the development, amenities, and pool were highlights, and sorry the unit didn’t meet expectations in several areas. The issues you mentioned — small TVs, the slow dryer, uncomfortable beds and minimal bedding, locked closets, and especially the persistent septic smell at the front door — are not acceptable. We’ve flagged these items with maintenance and the owner. Technicians will inspect the dryer and venting, we’re evaluating TV upgrades and mattress/bedding replacements, and we’ll address the locked closets with the owner. The odor has been escalated to building management and a plumbing specialist so the source can be located and corrected. Thank you for letting us know — we’ll work to resolve these quickly and hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide a much better experience.

Cute place

Perfect for 4 adults. There are stairs but parking is easy and location is great. Washer and drier in the condo. We loved it.

Five Stars!

I recently stayed at this vacation rental and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The biggest highlight was the unbeatable location, steps away from the beach, bay, and pool. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was cozy, the AC worked well, and the Wi-Fi was strong. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could relax with a drink and listen to the bay in the evening.The rental itself was surprisingly quiet at night. We slept well and felt safe the entire time.If you’re looking for a place that combines beach relaxation with the convenience of nearby dining and entertainment, this is the spot.

Overall our stay here was great. This place has an incredible location, a private bay beach and pier with a relaxing, clean pool. The gulf beach was just an 8 min. walk across the street. Our family did enjoy our vacation! We would consider staying here again.However, we did experience some maintenance issues upon arriving including our door code panel acting up making it hard to access the unit. We were able to get in at check in and management had the door issue addressed the next morning along with the other maintenance issues. Another inconvenience was the listing detail accuracy. The listing states that this unit has a King bed in the master and a Queen in the guestroom. Both rooms only have a Queen bed. I also had issues trying to figure out what type of coffee maker was available in the unit. First, I was told a 12 cup coffee maker then a Keurig. Fortunately, the unit had both options available in the room. I do wish the listing stated that both were available for clarity and convenience.The last thing I will say that made our stay/booking with this establishment unpleasant was their rental agreement. They do not give any cancellation options and use strict fearful words in their renters agreement. To avoid additional cleaning fees you must read carefully. For cancellations they do suggest getting travelers insurance but you are unable to view all the details before purchase in VRBO, so we did not get any... Fortunately, we did not need it. That's my honest review.

The G5 Baywatch was clean but dated. The tvs in each room were as big as a laptop screen. Bathrooms were small. The Kitchen was top tier. It had every appliance needed and spacious.
