New perfect beach getaway with stunning views (C9)

Perfectly situated on the quieter west end of Pensacola Beach this 3rd floor walk-up sits on the Pensacola Bay and is a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. It’s our first season of hosting vacationers and we would love to have you and your family. Our condo is less than 1/2 mile to Peg Leg Pete’s - a Pensacola Beach favorite restaurant. If you want a night-out, the Casino Beach and Boardwalk area has more than 10 restaurants and bars and is less than 2 miles away.

Kick back, dip your toes in the sand, grab your glass of wine (or bourbon) and relax in this calm, beach condo. A quick escape from the crazy of everyday.

The unit is C9, located on the 3rd floor, corner unit. Yes, you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but the privacy (only 4 units per floor) and direct view of the water from the front and back balconies are worth it!

With a balcony overlooking the Bay, the condo sleeps 6. The primary bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom with a queen, and the living room has a queen sofa bed.

If you enjoy cooking during your vacation, you’ll be set in our fully equipped kitchen with amenities including upgraded refrigerator, Margaritaville blender, toaster oven, toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. The living area has new furnishings, HD TV, cable, Roku, and high speed internet. The unit has an upgraded washer/dryer and the 2 full bathrooms include towels and hairdryer.

No pets permitted per condominium policy.

Renters must be 23 or older per condominium policy.

A security camera is located in the front entrance of the unit for the safety of our guests. We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front porch, which records video and audio. The device is located on the exterior of the property.
Any guest beyond the number in your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $300 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
