Enter Harbour Island through the security guardhouse and enjoy the private island just a few minutes stroll to the beach and boardwalk. Discover a superb condominium complex with a full service marina, pool, poolside restaurant/bar, tennis courts and tot lot. Harbour Island offers spacious two and three bedroom accommodations in both townhouses and condos. Each unit is equipped with central air, washer, dryer, disposal and dishwasher. Some units offer a wetbar and jacuzzi. This unit has access to boat docking - call for dock availability. Holiday Real Estate, Inc. has an on-site office which will enable you to check-in and check-out directly at the Harbour Island complex Memorial Day through Labor Day. Harbour Island is home to the prestigious White Marlin Open, the largest one week billfish tournament on the East Coast. Units and boat slips book early for this event which includes internationally recognized master anglers and virtually every major sportfishing boat dealer. The weigh-ins each evening are a major attraction as tuna, wahoo, white marlin and blue marlin are brought to the scale in pursuit of millions of dollars in prize money. A must see event! 1GB internet service. Balcony overlooks weight station. Shower ONLY in "half bath" on ground level; NO sink NO toilet.

Great location and amenities at Harbor Island. House is dated. Master Bedroom had pillows and comforter with unacceptable stains on them. Was very dirty

We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts on your stay. We apologize for any issues you encountered. This is this first time this property has been rented, all pillows and comforters have been replaced.

Property was nice and well maintained. Location was convenient to pool and the walking distance to the beach. The bonus room in the basement would be a little more convenient if there was a TV installed. Two complaints: The marble coffee table was sitting on 4 pillars in the center of the floor in front of the sofa, the table was not attached, it was moved to make more space and it slipped on the pillar and cracked. A notice/warning with regards to the unattachment would have been great. Especially if you rent to families with children.The other is the checkout time. 10am is too early for the amount of you pay to rent. A 12 noon consideration checkout would be appreciated.Otherwise, great property!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on your stay. We appreciate your business adn hope to see you again soon in OC. Please note the Lodging Agreement advises guest not to move furniture, for reasons like you experienced. Regarding the check in time, we must balance departure times with arrival times. A 10 AM check out time allows the cleaners to get in and clean, any maintenance item can be addressed and we are often able to allow the next guest to check in early. Despite all the info we provide, it's not uncommon to have the new guests trying to check in before the current guests depart on turnover days. A 10 am check out time is a balance to the 1 pm early check in we offer if the unit's clean and ready.
