Enjoy the comfort of our cozy bathrobes during your stay. Robe type (plush or lightweight) may vary slightly from photos due to cleaning logistics. Thank you for your understanding and kindness!
A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through a VRBO-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the VRBO platform, including email and messaging.

✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.

For the safety and security of our property and our guests and property, exterior cameras are installed at the home. One is located above the main entrance facing the driveway, and another is positioned at the back stairs entrance. These cameras are motion-activated and may record video. They also help ensure that the home’s maximum occupancy guidelines and house rules are being respected. The cameras are not intended for active surveillance, and we fully respect your privacy throughout your stay.

Must be 22 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload a valid government photo ID in order to complete your reservation. Please look out for an email from our co-hosts, The Utmost Host, after you have completed your booking through Airbnb.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
