Enjoyed our stay and was glad that there was flexibility to check in early and leave a little later. Surprised that the check out was early (10am) as most hotels allow up to 11am at least. Only issue we had at times was spotty WIFI which caused an issue with the TV to pixilate but luckily we didn't need the TV much.Location was ideal for our needs and very close to campus.

The Jungle House was super cozy, comfy, clean extremely well appointed, and fun. It sits in the heart of Victorian Village just a stonre's throw away from the vibrant Short North. The unit has two very comfortable bedrooms, a great kitchen and bathroom, living area and a great porch made to enhance some time with a good book. The hosts were attentive and very accomodating. I really enjpoyed my stay, and I'll look to come back the enxt time I'm in Columbus!

Stayed here for parents weekend with my husband and another couple who also have kids at OSU. Sergio was excellent in his communication. The location is ideal, close to OSU and High Street. It's an updated apartment, very clean and we parked right in front of the house. He had coffee, snacks, toiletries and even sleep masks and ear plugs if needed. We will definitely be back!

2/10 – Terrible

Points faibles : Emplacement
Terrible experience. When we arrived, the house had a strong gaseous odor, the bedding was stained, and there was no internet. We could have overlooked the bedding and internet issues, but the smell was so overwhelming it gave us both headaches and nausea. We immediately contacted the property management company, who said they could send someone but couldn't provide a timeframe. Because it was late and we felt unsafe staying, we contacted support for assistance. After they became involved, a cleaner arrived within an hour. She brought her young daughter (12 yrs old) to translate, spent about 30 minutes mopping the floors, and left the house smelling like bleach mixed with the same gaseous odor. They briefly looked around, then left through the back without telling us. We waited 20 minutes before realizing they were gone. When we called again, management claimed the cleaner couldn't find any odor, had checked the basement, and had even spoken with neighbors. None of this happened. Given the persistent smell and safety concern (including the upstairs tenant), we even asked if the fire department should be contacted, no response. We left the property immediately and are still working with support to obtain a refund. Although management responded quickly at first, they failed to meaningfully address what we believed was a serious safety issue. The property was not as advertised, and the entire situation was handled dismissively and without resolution. Absolutely don’t recommend.

In Columbus for a music festival at Ohio state stadium. The rental was everything they said it was. Walkable to the university, nice and clean. They communicated early and often to be sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again
