Welcome to Mariposa—a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat just minutes from downtown Fredericksburg and local wineries. Relax in style with two king beds, one queen, all with luxe linens. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, and TVs in every bedroom. Step outside to your private oasis with a hot tub, gas firepit, and plenty of space to gather with family and friends. The best of both worlds—modern comfort and perfect location—awaits you at Mariposa.

LOCATION - Located just off Wine Road 290 & 3 miles from Main St in Fredericksburg

Cozy, Clean and great location!

House was very cozy, clean and perfect location. We were able to relax with the views, yet be close enough to town for a short drive to wineries. Beds are very comfortable and the house is well kept and clean.

Great time in Fredericksburg!

Loved the proximity of the property to the vineyards and downtown! Enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. Great place to unwind after all the wine tastings and night life in Fredericksburg.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and regret that an odor affected your stay. Unfortunately, the previous guest did cook strongly spiced food, and while the home was cleaned, we clearly fell short in fully resolving the lingering smell. Highly recommend.

We loved seeing the renovation picture of the house. The location was outstanding, close to wineries and garrison brothers. The hot tub was clean and outside had a great atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

Beautiful Home/Location

The home is exactly what you would expect from the listing. It’s location was perfect (close to the vineyards on 290 and extremely close to Main St). Even during the hot June days we got to enjoy the hot tub in the evening. Would definitely book here again.

A great getaway

The property was exactly as described. It is a wonderful home, close to town but not in the middle of the crazy. A very cozy home with lots of thought put into it. Nice backyard for kids to play. Quiet area. Overall a really good stay.

Mommy/daughter Spring break getaway

I brought my daughter to Fredericksburg for the week over spring break, our requirements for our stay was comfy space with a hot tub we could get to downtown easy…nailed it! This space was so cozy and had the most amazing backyard. Beds were plush and we spent evenings and mornings lounging on the front deck. So close to downtown we could pop in and out to drop of packages or just take a break from the bustle of people-ing and lay in the hammock or enjoy the hot tub! 10/10 recommend this space!!

Perfect Gem

The house was super clean and neat. All three rooms were a nice size. Two if the rooms had king beds which made it nice traveling with other adults. Beautiful backyard!. The only inconvenience would be that there is no back door leading straight to the backyard. Communication with the host was top notch.

Cute place but...

Cute litttle house, easy check in but the location is loud and there is a huge field right next to it. There were mouse droppings on both beds we used when we arrived, so kind gross but the bedding was clean. Several large stains on the bedroom floor and the carpet in there was loose. We were hardly here and didn't use any kitchen appliances except for the fridg. We chose this property because it had two full bathrooms but it's overpriced.
