Tiffany, a clean home in the Hill Country is the baseline we hold ourselves to, and hearing that it landed that way for you matters. Come back when the bluebonnets are out in spring, the drive up to the property is worth it on its own.

The house was easy to navigate too, inside a gated community with goats all around roaming free! Location is in the middle of some good wineries and distilleries. Everything was modern and updated from the appliances and cooking equipment to the lock system and A/C.

Three couples shared this Vrbo during the 2026 TMR festival at Luckenbach. We all enjoyed our stay, plenty of room. The house was clean with everything we needed for a short stay. The fenced in back yard was nice so the dogs didn't run after the sheep that were roaming free on the property.

Joseph, "all was good" from someone who gave a perfect ten says plenty. Glad the house delivered for you, and the Hill Country has a way of making that feeling stick. Next time you're ready to come back, the Frio River is running beautiful this season and the house puts you right in the middle of it.

The house was great! My daughters, granddaughters, and I stayed very comfortably in the three bedrooms. All that was needed was available. I would just suggest adding Kleenex in the bathrooms. That was all I could see was missing. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen looked well furnished. The large family room was great for us to sit and relax. Had we stayed another day or two, we definitely would have tried the spa and fire pit areas. But, shopping took up all our time on this trip! Next trip, we hope!

26 year anniversary getaway!

The house clean, warm, and welcoming. Very quiet inside and out. Away from the city lights so we could enjoy star gazing the warming next the firepit. Next night we return from gathering wine at the nearby wineries to relax and enjoy the hot tub. The view from the porch was amazing! Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your place!

The house was a great getaway for the holidays. We only had a couple small hiccups (like the master bedroom tv remote missing) but nothing that would deter from the trip or comfort of the home. Had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay!My only suggestion would be to note/include a picture of the property/home right across the driveway; I’m sure it belong to the owners and such, but the pictures and description do allude to the house being by itself on the acreage. Again, no impact on the enjoyment of the stay, just info for any future guest.

Trey, a holiday getaway at a 10 out of 10 tells us the house delivered exactly what it was supposed to. You're right on both points you raised, and we appreciate you naming them clearly. The master bedroom remote has been replaced, and we've updated the listing photos and description to show the neighboring structure across the driveway so future guests arrive knowing exactly what to expect on the property. Come back when the bluebonnets are out in the spring, the Hill Country looks completely different and worth the trip all over again.

First of all, the check in process wasn’t the smoothest. I had to either pay a non refundable deposit of 62 or a 1000 refundable deposit in order to get arrival instructions with gate code & door lock code. When we arrived, there animheoutsidegreen.

Rachel, ten out of ten with no notes needed, and you still took a minute to leave the rating. That means a lot. The Hill Country has a way of slowing people down, and we hope the house did its part.
