All was clean. Very comfortable with seating in various areas. Suggest hooks or bars in bathrooms for towels. Nice to have bedside tables for all beds. Also, no pool table.

Beautiful house! It is spacious and has several beautiful and comfortable sitting areas. The beds were very comfortable. We were there on an extremely cold and snowy weekend, and the house stayed warm and cozy. It was great being able to park in the garage and not having to walk in the snow to the car or clean the snow off the car. The house is located in a lovely neighborhood and was well located for our purposes of visiting family in Avon.

We arrived and the house was still being switched over. The person told us it would be 15 minutes and it ended up being over 30 (no big deal- but a little communication beforehand would've been nice and would have allowed them to do the switchover without feeling rushed). When we got inside, there were not enough clean towels for the number of people we said we were going to have, there was not a top sheet on one of the beds, dirty washcloths in the showers, and when looking for clean linens we found a closet full of dirty ones. The hard floor surfaces downstairs were sticky, the countertops were covered in something gross and sticky (I wiped them down multiple time and they still weren't clean) and we found food still in the microwave from the last guests. We immediately contacted the host about the linens and even started a load of towels in the wash. He did not respond to our texts and when my husband called and told him about the linens, he seemed bothered by our call and didn't offer much help at all, just said that the ones shoved on the top shelf were supposed to be clean. It was not until after we contacted the "Evolve" group that he seemed to have any remorse for the way the house was kept. He promised to improve and so hopefully he takes that to heart and makes it better. The house itself is great for sleeping a lot of people. It is in a quiet neighborhood near the airport and has plenty of space to spread out.

Very little to no kitchen utensils, pans - bought more to make the kitchen functional. No salt & pepper. Had to buy more glasses to accommodate normal daily use. Cheapest silverware set I have ever seen. Price tags hanging off everything. Cellophane still wrapped on various items like lamp shades. Wall clocks without batteries. Grass/yard unkept. Water leaking outside. Trash cans full and not put out for trash service. Pool table advertised was in pieces and unusable. Walls, carpet and ceilings all scuffed and stained. And although not advertised as ADA friendly we had asked the host prior to travel and we were reassured the first floor would accommodate our mother's needs - it did not and the shower was extremely unsafe.

We truly value your input and after reviewing your comments we shared them with the homeowner, who wanted to address the following:-While salt and pepper are not provided, we have added extra pans, utensils, and other kitchen essentials to enhance convenience during your stay. All price tags and packaging have been removed, and the yard has been carefully maintained to ensure a well-kept and welcoming environment.-Trash is collected weekly, and occasionally the bins may still be out when guests arrive. This is a new 2025 build, and while we work hard to maintain everything in excellent condition, minor signs of use can sometimes occur from previous stays, which we address as thoroughly as possible.-ADA accessibility is not advertised in our listing, and we sincerely regret that the first-floor setup did not meet your family member’s needs. We strive to provide clear listing information and encourage guests to review details carefully to ensure the property meets their expectations.We value your feedback, as they help us continue enhancing the experience for future guests.
