The house was spacious, the beds were ok comfort wise. Close to shopping and eating. The tv watching was not good- no channels or apps streaming through wi-fi at all. The host was contacted but never was resolved.

This house is nice and big pretty clean. The carpet in the bedrooms are stained. The kitchen needs new pans and dishes. But it is close to all the shops and airport. The neighbors next-door are loud.

Great and quiet location that was just the right size for our group of people. It was nice having the extra space for everyone to enjoy our stay but still have some space to do the things that we wanted to do on our own. We had a great stay and had good communication with our host. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future.

Convenient stay for group

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Very close to many different food options. There is construction going on of new homes within the neighborhood of this new development. It was a convenient place to stay for my team of coworkers.

we were all very pleased with the property it catered for our needs for the 2 night stay. We had all the basic kitchen essentials , toiletries and clean towels and linen. We were very comfortable and situated in a lovely neighborhood.

The house is very spacious. However, it needs an extreme deep clean. The walls had black marks all over them in every room, including a hole in the wall in the living room. The floors had not been cleaned and there was hair and food crumbs all around the kitchen and downstairs. There were stains on the carpet. Most notably there was a dishwasher completely full of dirty dishes and the smell was sickening. The bottom rack of the dishwasher had missing rollers and the soap dispenser did not open. The dishes and pans in the cabinets had dried food on them and had to be washed before using. The k-cup maker did not work. There is no toaster The garbage can in the garage had garbage with gnats flying around it. Host asked us to sit it out. After garbage pickup, we noticed the bottom was full of maggots. There was also an ant problem inside the house as well other tiny bugs and some type of tiny worms. We purchased spray because the host wanted to come when no one was there. All of the kitchen seating had loose legs and one chair was even missing a screw. We had 6 people staying for five nights and provided with one towel/washcloth. Someone came and provided an additional set for everyone but we still had to purchase detergent to launder to get through our stay. The oven in the stove needed cleaning from baked on food. No foosball for the table although eventually provided. The vents were full of dirt/dust. The back door was unlocked when we arrived. Pictures can be provided.

Our family stayed in the house to attend the wedding of my daughter at Avon gardens. This property was clean, had garage parking, and was close to shops, restaurants and amenities. The communication was good.There were five spacious bedrooms. There was plenty of space . There were a few extra bath towels and wash rags in the master bedroom closet to augment those left in the beds which were exactly the number for guests registered. There were nice shampoo, conditioner, lotion and toothbrushes and tooth paste provided for each person. The internal experience was sterile. There were minimal amenities, each bedroom had only one side table, the mattresses were terrible, there are no hand towels in the bathroom to use after washing your hands and no racks or hooks to hang used bath towels on. There was only 1 towel in the kitchen. The water from the faucet was strange almost like seltzer and tasted bad so we drank bottled water. So it was hard to wash dishes. The dishes and glasses etc in the kitchen are minimal. There is no toaster to toast breakfast for the kids. The fan in the downstairs bathroom did not work. There was no ball to play on the foozeball table. No games for children except the jenga blocks which were incomplete. There was no patio furniture or anything to enjoy the back yard. It feels like the company that owns this property does just the minimum needed. To summarize this was a bare bones experience. Clean, safe, adequate but nothing special.

Beautifull and clean, great house. The only problem was not enough towels. I saw another review about that, but I didn’t have any room in my luggage to put extra towels. The towel issue wasn’t worth giving less than 5 stars, but they definitely need to add more so everyone can have at least 2 large towels per person.

This home was big. Our family needed a home this size for our stay. But it didn’t have the plush extras - there was only one towel on each queen bed - thankful we had two children who could share a towel or we wouldn’t have even had enough towels for all of us. The kitchen was spacious and so were the bedrooms. Plenty of space for all of us was so nice. In a very nice neighborhood. Nice and quiet.

First let me start by saying, who ever said that this house was not clean must live in a hospital. The house was very clean, access was easy. Neighborhood was safe we even had packages delivered from amazon and groceries delivered from walmart before we arrived and no one bothered them. My ony cons were the limited amount of towels and there is only 2 tvs in the house. Lots of stores nearby and 30 minute drive to downtown. Also lots of Ubers in area wait time waz less than 10 minutes each time we ordered one. Oh they didn't have a pizza pan.

The house was lovely and we had a nice stay. Shops were nearby and neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. A little more attention to detail would help. For example, it is March but there was still a Christmas tree in the living room. The soap dispensers in the primary bath room were empty and the soap dispensers in the other bathrooms were not topped off. There were still dishes in the dishwasher and the dish sponge looked dirty, so we had to buy some new ones. It would have been nice to have some kitchen towels so we didn’t have to use so many paper towels. Also, a dish rack and an oven mitten would have been very helpful. The dryer takes extremely long to dry clothes and the iron isn’t the best. None of this would prevent us from staying again, but a little more attention to the small stuff would have made the stay excellent.

House has some problems

the house met our needs. we needed a large home quickly for a funeral. the house construction is not great: the garage door didn't work, the upstairs shower didn't work, the downstairs bedroom was very cold. also there were not enough linens for 10 people: no hand towels or washcloths and not enough bath towels. we had to go to target to get sheets because the sheets were itchy.

The house was relatively new & in a quiet neighbourhood. It was relatively well setup with the basic necessities but lacked a few critcal thingsEach of the beds had sheets, a comforter & two decorative pillows on them. I was surprised to find the regular pillows missing from the bed. In the room’s closet there appeared to be two different pillows that someone else most likely left behind. I could not find any pillow cases that belonged with the sheet set. It felt odd but i settled by putting one of the pillows from the closet under the fitted mattress sheetI would recommend you bring your own pillow which i decided not to do at the last minute when i left my own homeWe couldn’t locate any garbage bags for the provided bins but that was rectified by a gentleman that showed up at the house on behalf of the hosting company 15 or 20 mins after we arrived. Seemed odd but he seemed to do a walk through of the bathrooms in the house & provided some extra towels / toilet paper after asking the number of guests that would be staying at the house
