Beautiful house that was extremely clean and well decorated. It is super close to the beach and restaurants in the area. Our son loved the putting green, that was an extra bonus. The elevator was perfect for the older guests in our group, as well as making arrival and departure a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

In a word…extraordinary! Everything about our stay was wonderful! This beach home is everything the listing claims and more! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. Its location is extremely convenient. Just a short, easy walk away and you are on Carolina Beach, enjoying sand between your toes, wide open skies and the ocean breeze!Highly recommend a stay in this most beautiful beach home! I want to take this opportunity to mention and thank the outstanding team at Bryant Real Estate! From my first inquiry about the property to my departure, representatives were always extremely pleasant, helpful and informative. The guest portal this group provides was an excellent source of information about the area... such a unique ‘extra’ and very much appreciated!

This is a beautiful,newly constructed spacious house with plenty of room to be comfortable for our 4 people who were joined by additional family members to celebrate my niece's high school graduation.Just 3 blocks off Carolina Beach in a quiet neighborhood that's perfect for walking or riding a bicycle which can be rented.The elevator worked great for my 89-year-old mother. We liked it too for bringing in heavy bags of groceries. The elevator has a safety lock that does not allow it to be used if the inner sliver sliding door is open. Therefore, you must close the inner door first, then close the outer door when exiting. If you exit the elevator and close the outer door only - it locks and you cannot use it until Bryant real estate sends someone to release the safety mechanism. When entering the elevator, you have to do the reverse - close the outer door, then close the inner silver sliding door. Once during our stay someone closed the outer door without first closing the inner sliding door which locked us out from using the elevator. Bryant was very nice about it and sent someone over to release the safety locking mechanism which has to be done with a specific tool they have. There is a note saying the locking mechanism can be released by using a screwdriver, but we could not get that to work. After we called Bryant the guy who came to release the safety locking mechanism of the elevator told us his tool is the only thing that should be used.
