CONDO DE LUXE À PIED À PIED DE BOARDWALK

Récemment rénové !!! Vous ne croyez que c'est une maison de vacances de plage! Tout une maison peut offrir et plus encore !!! océan magnifique et rare / vue sur le lac condominium de luxe. Spacieuse et confortable maison loin de la maison. Accès à la plage est à quelques pas. Asseyez-vous sur le pont et regarder les amoureux jouent dans le sable. Idéalement situé dans une rue calme à sens unique. Une fois que vous garez votre voiture, jetez vos clés sur le comptoir; vous ne serez pas besoin d'eux à nouveau pendant votre séjour. Divertissement, fine et dîner décontracté au merveilleux restaurants locaux, des boutiques et un top 10 promenade classé sont tous à deux pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Carolina Beach. Et, ne pas oublier les Britanniques Donuts, classé numéro 2 aux États-Unis et facilement une dépendance. Pendant la haute saison; profiter du parc d'attractions, des films au bord du lac, bingo, feux d'artifice et le marché des agriculteurs qui sont tous à une courte distance à pied.

It was a great location. The 88, 90, and 93 year old sisters loved the place. They were extremely glad to have the elevator. They are talking about when they come next year staying in the same place the first weekend in October. Renee was great to work with and answered all of our questions before we even got there.

We were in town for a family wedding. This was the perfect place for six of us! Plenty of room for sure. Beach/ocean views off of two balconies. A lake/water view out of the master bedroom. There was a nice park nearby. And there was plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was very clean and comfortable! We highly recommend!

Family Beach Trip

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity by the Sea. The view of the ocean was fantastic-just like staying at an oceanfront house. Everything we needed-from beach toys for the kids to wine glasses for the adults-was provided. The house was in walking distance to the boardwalk, shopping and nice restaurants. Renee was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The elevator was not working when we first arrived and Steve, the maintenance man, came almost immediately to fix it. (He also gave us great advice on where to go to eat!). We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo, plenty of space for our large group! Renee did an excellent job of providing every little thing to make our stay fantastic. Steve her Maintence manager was excellent in responding to our request to help install arm supports on the toilet for my 88 y/o mother. The best place I have rented for many reasons ! Book it!

The property was perfect in so many ways! The location was top notch. The house is walking distance to so many places...the beach (as well as view of the beach from the balcony), the Boardwalk (including many restaurants and shops), other restaurants and shops down the main street nearby. We rarely got in the car all week which was a nice treat. The house itself is well maintained, comfortable, roomy and well stocked for any needs. We would certainly stay again! Owners were accommodating to a last-minute change and allowed us to add on an extra day.

Very nice well stocked condo in great location.

Loved this unit. Enjoyed our Thanksgiving out of town. Upper level gave good view of ocean from across the street but made stair climbing a challenge. There was an Elevator if you needed it. Awesome location near bars and restaurants a few blocks away. We would stay there again.

Excellent Vacation Stay

This is one of the best houses we've stayed in. Excellent amenities. Great location, fantastic views of the ocean, a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Beyond beach activities we found may attractions in the area and in Wilmington all within a 30-minute drive or less.

great location

this condo was pretty nice, super view of the ocean from the one deck ..overall nice but could tell that it was a rental ..light over stove not working, light over coffee bar not working, the doorknob out to the deck quit operating, probably rusty from the ocean but we could not keep the outside door shut, had to put table in front of it, not good for air conditioning and such, told the mgr but it was like that half of our trip there, the elevator worked but is pretty slow, that could be typical but at least it did work to bring suitcases and food and such up to 3rd floor ..overall nice but few things maybe need attention.

Hi Donna, I am glad to hear you all had a good time at Serenity by the Sea. I wished I had known about the minor issues you all had during your stay. I would have addressed it immediately, and did so as soon as I read the review. We try to make our home comfortable, but sometimes we forget to change a light bulb while we are making sure our home is clean and ready for our guests. Things do get rusty quickly from the salt air. The elevator is a residential elevator and is not as quick as a commercial elevator inside a commercial building. But, it is nice to bring luggage or groceries. It is even nice to ride it if someone doesn't want to climb the stairs. Please keep us in mind for future beach vacations. Thanks, Renee

Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

Big Blue has to be one of the nicest places to stay at Carolina Beach! We enjoyed our first hurricane party on the back deck of the house on Friday, then spent the remainder of the long week end on the beach. The description and pictures of Big Blue were right on point, and except for a trip to the grocery store, our cars never left the driveway. We hope to make this an annual trip!

Cant be beat in Carolina Beach!

Top notch place to stay in Carolina Beach! Well stocked with fantastic views of both the Ocean and Lake. Right in the middle of everything you could want. Walk 5 minutes to the Boardwalk, ice creme, restaurants, and most importantly right across the street from the beach access. Perfect location to be around it all. House is well stocked for cooking, provides all the needed towels and other linens, beach chairs, and all the things you really need to just enjoy the beach without having to pack more than a suitcase of clothes!

Comfortable ocean view home in a good location

Most well-stocked vacation rental we've stayed in -- kitchen ware, multiple towels per person, beach chairs and bicycles. The location was great in early May. The furnishings were very comfortable and the wall colors and art work were quite pleasing to the eye. Plenty of parking for 4 cars. Pre-arrival information and check in was easy to follow and our contact with the owner and property manager were very prompt. It was a great vacation there. Thanks!

Weekend Hideaway

We planned a weekend away with our family of 9 to this condo. Plans changed and my husband, 4 year old son and I were the only three to go on the trip. The condo is in an excellent location and is just as advertised, if not better. The layout is open and allows for relaxing without worrying about the littles safety because they can be seen in all common areas. We came back well rested and so thankful for the time together we had here.

Thanksgiving at Carolina Beach

We went to the condo for a Thanksgiving family reunion. It was very well furnished and very spacious. It was very convenient to the beach. We specially liked the fact that it had a dedicated elevator, since it was accessed on the fourth floor. The elevator was small and quite slow, but still quicker than walking up the steps. And in fact, we had a good time joking about the elevator. Overall it was a wonderful visit and we would stay there again.

Truly Serenity By The Sea

We had some issues checking in as the private elevator did not work and our door codes were incorrect, but a call to the VRBO manager and owner rectified the problems in a timely manner. The condo was immaculate and one of the best stocked kitchens we've ever rented. Everything was as the owner, Renee, stated in the property description. Really cannot say enough good things about our stay. I would highly recommend this property as a rental.
