You will have access to the entire home. There are 3 bedrooms - one on each level with a private bathroom for each bedroom. The basement has a washer and dryer! Open living room, dining room and kitchen!

Owner is very accommodating, property is amazing centered in a nice and convenient location. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice, clean place to stay! Perfect size place for 6 adults.

Had a great stay. Loved the 3 bedroom and 3 bath home. Easy location. Walked to have cocktails and coffee. Would totally rent again.

Grandview Heights

Wonderful home for a weekend getaway near campus. Walkable to many restaurants/ bars/stores. Clean, modern and very comfortable for 6 adults.

This house is clean and well appointed. Fantastic location for getting anywhere in Columbus. The neighborhood is fantastic too with lovely homes as well as restaurants and bars very close. Owner is very responsive. Had a super experience.

Wedding Weekend for the Groom's Family

This is a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood with fun bar/restaurant across the street. The kitchen is nicely furnished with pots/pans/dishes, etc The coffee bar was especially welcoming, as we had not had time to shop for coffee & cream. There was plenty of room for me to assemble the decorations for rehearsal dinner! The showers & bathrooms are so great. The house is light and airy with plenty of windows and ceiling fans. One flight was early (other very late) and owners were generous enough to let us check in early. Overall, excellent property. I would definitely return.

Absolutely fantastic house and great location (on the same block as a brewery/restaurant and donut shop!). Owner is so friendly and available for any inquiries. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Columbus!

Can’t Wait to Come Back!

John’s VRBO has been our best rental yet! The house is beautiful and very nicely equipped. The beds were all very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. John reached out personally to welcome us and give us instructions. Our group of 9 highly recommends this place. We can’t wait to come back!

Wedding trip

The stay was beyond great. I stayed with my wife and 2 other couples. Every couple had their own floor basically. ( own bedroom and bathroom) and the common area was large enough for us to hang out all together. Very clean and well decorated.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I booked for two people, after dinner me and my friends came to the house to change and go enjoy our night (no one was staying the night besides me and one other person!) We were not in the house for not even an hour. By the time it was time for us to leave I was called multiple times being screamed at belligerently on the phone saying he’s was on the way with the cops. He kicked us out, he made me stay till he got there or he said he was going to touch our property and tow our cars. All of this could of been talked out but he choose violence and to be disrespectful. Now he is refusing to refund me my money and I will be seeing him in small claims court.
