WELCOME ABOARD TO ONE OF LARGER COTTAGES ON THE CAMPGROUND.

Comfortable and spacious cottage in the center of KEY LARGO, close to all activities, Publix, bars and restaurant.

ENJOY THE BEST SUNSETS OF THE FLORIDA KEYS IN THE HAMMOCK AREA IN THE SAND.

The cottage has a huge outdoor kitchen with sink and BBQ area, also has a terrace with fans and private Wi-Fi.

We are a gated community with 24-hour security.
The facility park has a heated pool, basketball court, tennis court, boat ramp and a children’s playground among many other things.

Calusa is conveniently located next to John Pennekamp Park, Fishing Charters, Snorkeling, Scuba Diving and some of the best Seafood restaurants in town.

Outside the best bbq and kitchen,
You can find everything you need for excellent BBQ and enjoy a lovely terrace!
There is no cooking inside with the exception small meals or breakfast

Quiet time is at 11:00pm

Only adult drive it
Only allowed to drive inside the calusa campground

We had the perfect stay for our work retreat, and saved several hundred off of the resort right down the street. Check in was easy and the place was very clean. There’s no mirrors outside of the bathroom, so we had to take turns getting ready, but minor issue. We didn’t use the pool, but it was nice and the hammocks nearby were very relaxing.

Just right size for 4 adults. Clean, and nicely updated with recent remodeling even though we spent most of the time on patio. Exuberant neighbors partied into the wee hours Great sunsets and pool.

Clean! So adorable! Safe! Perfect for our family of 4!

This home was perfect. It was spotless upon arrival. Easy checking. Security always at the gate. A pool, you can fish at the docks, and the locals were so friendly. This place literally has everything you need. We used the washer and dryer so much. It was handy to have. We would definitely come back.

Great base for exploring and running a race

Great base for Key Largo. Unit was clean, comfortable, and reasonably well stocked. The outdoor area and washer/dryer were great. Listing as 2 bathrooms is a little iffy. It had a nice bathroom and an outdoor shower. Also, there was no method for doing any baking. Not a big deal but we wanted to make some brownies. We didn't get a chance to use the camp amenities but they looked nice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Mold

There was back mold on the mattress and in the AC unit of the sun porch. The owner offered to clean it but it needed more attention than that and we could not stay there. The campground was not very nice but the listing was nice besides the mold. It took a month or more to get a refund.

Lovely house and people

Actual property/house was great! Very clean, had an amazing outdoor space. The neighborhood/Colusa was annoying to deal with. Was told we could not have 2 small vessels at the house because it was a "rule" yet many other properties had more than 1. Was not allowed to park at their boat ramp unless we removed our trailer away from the car even though we fit in a spot. Check in took some time even though we already had house key code. Lovely house and people to rent from, just didn't fit all our needs.

This is the perfect place to go to unwind and relax. The sunsets are absolutely amazing. Countless options to enjoy... from spending a day in our comfortable cottage to going out on the boat through the accessible marina. This place has it all. A playground for the kids, a pool to relax in after the boat day, tennis and basketball courts.

ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS ARE CELEBRATED. Enjoy all the different events and functions Calusa has to offer.
