Spacieux 1 chambre 1 salle de bain dans la copropriété Kawama Tower. Niché dans une communauté calme en bord de mer de Key Largo, à 15 minutes du parc d'État John Pennekamp où vous avez accès à tous les types d'activités nautiques ou allez juste à côté et nagez avec les dauphins au Dolphin's Plus. Cette communauté fermée familiale et conviviale dispose de 3 piscines, d'une plage privée pour la plongée et d'un lagon d'eau salée. Il y a aussi une aire de jeux pour les petits enfants. Key Largo a tout de la pêche, du jet ski, du ski nautique, du kayak et tout ce que vous pouvez penser sur l'eau! Vous serez également à quelques minutes de bons restaurants qui vous donneront toute la saveur des Florida Keys!

Lots of little extras to make your stay enjoyable. Loved watching the sunrises and sunsets. Pool was very nice and not crowded.

Family Spring Break Trip

Beautiful property with lots to do! Manny was helpful with check-in and any questions we had. The condo is as listed and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Would recommend staying here!

Perfect for our stay

This property has everything you need if you want to spend some time cooking at home or go out and visit the attractions around Key Largo. If we came back to Key Largo, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot for a laid back , sunny spring stay . We loved being able to walk to ocean , lagoon and tennis courts . There is a great seafood market we walked to each day for lunch . We hope to return soon !

This was the best stay! From the nice greeting when we arrived, to the wagon to bring in our belongings, the fully stocked house, grills easy to use, pool right by the room, sunset point, and tons of room, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The house literally had everything you could need!

Good location, helpful host!

Well kept apartment with balcony. Nice kitchen with lots of utensils etc. laundry room was handy for swim trunks, towels etc. Big screen TV was nice in evening for catching up on Netflix. Inside a nice gated community.

Loved everything about this stay! Great place with several extras that came in very handy. Clean and as described. Host showed us into the property and showed us around on arrival. Kawama is incredible with the lagoon and point with grills! Absolutely recommend!!

Anniversary Scuba Trip

We had a wonderful time in Manny's condo! The location is great! The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed - a well stocked kitchen, awesome fluffy beach towels, plenty of bath towels, games, etc. We loved our morning coffee on the deck, snorkeling at the beach area and walking out to the jetty to view the sunsets. I had a few questions for Manny and he was super quick to respond! We would stay here again!

Condo was perfect! Manny greeted us personally and gave us a tour of property. The condo was private, quiet, and superbly maintained!! We were able to easily snorkel, play tennis and bike ride while there. Great vacation.

The condo was very nice. The only complaint would be the bedding sheet was very heavy so to be covered was very hot and without it was cold.

Perfect place!

Had the best time here. The property manager, Manny, has everything you could want in this condo! The area is superb, nice and quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Check in was simple and communication was excellent. Couldn’t ask for better. We will return for sure!

Great location

Nice pool but no hot tub. Nice jetty to the south with great views. Lots of picnic tables and BBQ stands. Unfortunately the beach sand is washed away and the beach is covered with seaweed and bits of trash

Our family from various places rented 4 different condos or units at Kawama for a reunion and family wedding. Wedding was in Homestead and the travel was easy. Our rental could not have been better, loved Key Largo.

WONDERFUL WEEKEND GETAWAY!

The location is amazing. The grounds of the community are beautiful. The condo was stocked with everything I needed for the kitchen, bathroom, beach, pool, etc. The unit itself was spacious, the couches and beds were very comfortable. The owner was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Girls Trip

Me and my friend stayed to explore Key Largo. Everything with the rental was great! The owner was very responsive and extremely helpful. He was always willing to give advice on local information and even kept us updated about the wildfires that were effecting the local area. The location was wonderful as well and the people who live in the complex are so friendly! I would definitely go back.

Escape and Relax in Key Largo

Manuel's property is ideally located on the ocean and had access to multiple amenities - 3 pools, sandy beach area, fishing jetty, and enclosed lagoon with floating docks you could swim to! Sunsets off the jetty and manatees visiting were great. Manuel provided lots of extras - bikes, towels, chairs, coolers and lots of necessary cooking supplies. A plus was dedicated laundry (washer and dryer) for the unit.Don't miss the dolphins at the Marine Mammal Responder center - they were great!

Perfect getaway

Manny’s property is exactly as described and has everything you could want for a stay. Stayed here for three nights with a childhood friend and loved the comfy beds and the sunset views from the nearby jetty. Convenient walking to restaurants and dolphin center. Great living room recliners! Huge kitchen with all utensils and supplies. Even hats, sunglasses and aloe. Manny met us and gave us the lay of the land…so helpful. Lagoon with parrot fish! Thank you Manny!

We are new to VRBO and have been enjoying our condo since our purchase in 2015, after many years of visiting this same location since 1987. We live nearby and are often by Kawama, checking our property to make sure it is in the best condition for our future guests.

We have been coming to Kawama Yacht Club since 1987 and we are thrilled that several years ago we became proud owners of our paradise away from home. Now, we are happy to share a piece of our paradise with you and your family. We hope that you enjoy Kawama as much as our family has over several decades.

Ocean access, 1 heated pool for the winter with chiller for cool summer swims. Two additional pools and a Saltwater Lagoon with beach entry and deck for feeding fish. Beach side fire pits for enjoying picnics and barbecues with spectacular sunrise and sunset views!
