Condo is located next to pool, restaurants, dock and other amenities. Three level condo, so plenty of space and I really enjoyed relaxing on the outside patio. Great area to explore the lake and have fun.

Location, location, location! This condo sits in the sweet spot between Horseshoe Bay Resort Hotel and the Yacht Club, with the Waterfront Bar & Grill and marina just steps away. The brand new playground right next to the unit was a hit with the kids. Plenty of room for our group of 6. We are already thinking about coming back.

The check in process was great. There were a couple of issues with cleanliness in the condo. The location was excellent with plenty to do.

Property was dirty with bug in a drawer, black hair on shower walls, outside furniture too dirty to sit on, loose tiles, owners belongings on closet floor. Air stopped working on 2 nd day. Called twice but never got fixed. Listing advertised 2 king beds but only had 1. There is 3 sets of stairs. Didn’t mention in ad. We had elderly family members who had trouble. Showed a pool but we weren’t allowed to use it. Pots and pans had teflon scrapings, not safe to use. TVs didn’t work. Refrigerator needs to be replaced. Barely cooled. This property misrepresented actual home. We feel part of our rental should be refunded. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Amber, calling twice about the air and never getting it fixed is a failure, plain and simple, and the bug in the drawer, the hair on the shower walls and the outdoor furniture nobody could sit on should never have passed a clean. The house is off the calendar now while the AC and refrigerator are serviced, the pans replaced, the loose tiles and TVs repaired, and the closet cleared of items that were not yours to work around. The listing is being rewritten to show one king, the three sets of stairs, and exactly what pool access does and does not include. If you give us another shot, I will put your family somewhere single level and walk it myself before you arrive. There is 10% off your next stay whenever you come back, the same as for all our returning guests. Sincerely, Morgan, Director of Operations.

We had a great stay at this Horseshoe Bay condo. The property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and has plenty of room for a large group to spread out comfortably. The A/C, Wi-Fi, and amenities were all top-notch and worked flawlessly throughout our stay.One of the biggest advantages is the location. You’re within walking distance of a great restaurant, the lake beach area, and the resort pool, making it easy to enjoy everything Horseshoe Bay has to offer without constantly getting in the car.We also took advantage of the surrounding attractions. Fredericksburg is only about 40–50 minutes away, where we enjoyed downtown shopping and even got the chance to bathe elephants. Back in town, Adriano’s is just 5 minutes from the condo and was an excellent dinner spot. Blue Bonnet Café is also only 5 minutes away and became our go-to place for outstanding breakfasts and lunches.Overall, this is a fantastic property in an ideal location. Clean, comfortable, spacious, and close to everything you’d want for a great Hill Country getaway. Highly recommended.
