This was the best four-day weekend with family. I celebrated my 60th birthday with family and it was amazing. Ages ranged from 10-79 and every last person enjoyed the place. The house was perfect. It was clean, the beds were comfy and we had more than enough room for all of us. We enjoyed the heated pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils that were put to good use. I loved having a balcony off from my room. The walk to the beach and other places was nice! I hate that I forgot to write in the visitor book! I would definitely pick this place again for future vacations. Thank you for an amazing weekend.
We put on a decades fashion to celebrate my birthday. All decades from 1960’s-2020’s are represented here
The weather on my birthday was perfect for a walk on the beach

Boot camp Graduation

My son was graduating from boot camp and we needed a big place with elevator for my husband who is a Disabled Veteran. The home was perfect for what we needed. Clean, no issues with bugs or high volume traffic. We have a 5 kids and all loved the private pool. The home was perfect in every way! I would highly recommend staying here.

Nice House as advertised for group of 10

We had a nice 5 day stay here. The house was as advertised with working elevator that was a necessity for my mother. There was plenty of room for our group of 10 including a 3 year old. Plenty of bedding, plenty of televisions, plenty of room at the dinner table. Beach was about an 8 minute walk, half mile, and the beach was nice as in the rest of Hilton Head. No complaints.

Hilton Head Paradise

Pictures of this property are good but it was even better in person! Our group was 3 families traveling with young adults totalling 12 people. We had plenty of space. Locations was great. Some of the group walked to Foley Beach and to mini golf. We celebrated 2 birthdays with a BBQ and enjoyed some movies by the pool. This was our first trip to Hilton Head. After days at the beach or golfing, it felt great coming back to this house.

Large family

Love the neighborhood! The pool was perfect, we enjoyed the warmth of the evening sun in the pool area. Lack of dining space both indoor and outdoor was a slight disappointment. Our large family enjoys dining poolside, with a table for four that wasn’t really an option. While the indoor dining table is large, there still wasn’t enough seating for our family of 17. While there were some drawbacks to this property we would consider staying again - we love the location!

Vaca for family of 9

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. The pool area is showing a little wear and could use some paint and some new furniture. It’s not bad though. The interior of the house is nicely decorated. Comfy beds. Good showers. Nice kitchen and a big 10 person dining table. The living room couch is uncomfortable and is showing signs of wear. I would say the only complaint I have is the internet based tv. It’s very inconsistent. We tried watching movies at night and for some reason every night around 10pm the streaming would quit working. In fairness we didn’t report this during our stay. The walk to the beach is 1/2 mile. We drove one day and got lucky and found a parking spot. The other days we walked, about 10 minutes. Overall it’s a good vacation property. It appears that the other houses are all rentals as well. No noise issues during our stay.

We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay. As we typically do at the end of the summer season, we refresh furniture, paint, etc. so it is definitely on the agenda. We have not had any previous complaints about the streaming cable so I will have to look into that. Very strange that it would occur at a certain time. Again, thanks so much for staying and we’re glad that you had an enjoyable time

Good, not great

This is a lovely home, but there are a few things that really bothered us. First, the walls are paper thin. You can hear neighbors while sitting inside this house (literally hear every word). If the neighbors have kids and they are in the pool at midnight, it is guaranteed to wake you (trust me). Second, the house wasn’t really cleaned well at all. The area around the pool is infested with ants and was upon arrival. There was no sitting around down there because it’s a real issue. In addition, there was hair in the bathroom shower and on the sink on the top floor (in the shower) as well as filthy baseboards in the bath on the 3rd floor. I bought Clorox wipes and took care of it. This home gave us plenty of space and it was nice to have two refrigerators, but the walk to the beach is further than anticipated. In addition, the way the house to the left is turned, it backs up to the pool area of this house. Makes for very noisy evenings. We all have kids and I get it, but it gets old night after night and so late. We would not rent this home again because of those factors.

Thank you for staying. I am surprised to read this as we only heard from you once about the noisy neighbors. I did reach out to their property manager immediately. Thankfully all guest here are temporary so one should not expect noisy neighbors. This is rare. We pride ourselves on Customer Service so I’m very sorry that you found areas that were not as clean as expected. This is also definitely an anomaly and not the norm, as the reviews show. We have very high cleaning expectations..The ants are an unfortunate problem in the summer with all of the rain we get but we do have a treatment that we do every month and it knocks them out. We would have gladly done an extra one had we been contacted. Thanks again for staying with us!

This location was perfect. The beach was amazing! We were able to drive to Savannah and Tybee Island easily and still get back to a nice beach in the evenings. The kitchen was roomy and allowed for multiple people to be in there when cooking. We had a large group of 16 people. The biggest issue we had was water pressure. There are 4 bathrooms with showers. You cannot have all of them running at once, at best you can have 2 running at the same time if you need enough water pressure to wash shampoo out of your hair. The master bathroom was beautiful but nobody used the shower as there was very little water pressure. We used the grill, the kids loved the pool and all of the toys. The wagon and the beach chairs were also appreciated. The best part about this place was check out, it was SO easy. Just needed to take the trash out. That was amazing given the size of our group. I always dread cleaning out the kitchen when we leave and there was absolutely no work involved which made it feel like a hotel. I appreciated that the most.
