The Space:
Welcome to your Sunshine Coast escape, where comfort, space, and convenience meet relaxed coastal living. Designed for families and friends, this charming two-level home accommodates larger groups while offering plenty of room to unwind.
Upstairs forms the heart of the home, with a bright open-plan layout, high ceilings, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and two comfortable lounges with smart TVs—ideal for gathering and downtime. The kitchen offers generous bench space and all the essentials, including a fridge, electric stovetop, oven, coffee machine, and microwave. Step out to the deck, where a cosy outdoor lounge and BBQ set the scene for easy alfresco meals. This level also includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please note there is one air-conditioning unit in the primary bedroom and ceiling fans upstairs; there is no air-conditioning or ceiling fans downstairs.
Downstairs, you’ll find a welcoming second living area with a sofa, smart TV, and a handy compact kitchen equipped with a fridge, portable electric stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, and a washer/dryer combo. Glass sliding doors open to the backyard with a grassy play area, basketball hoop, and plenty of space for the kids (and dog!) to enjoy. Three additional bedrooms (Bedrooms 4, 5, and 6) are also located on this level.

Bedroom 1 (Primary): The inviting primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioning unit, walk-in wardrobe, and private ensuite.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): A stylish ensuite fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bathroom 2: The modern main bathroom upstairs offers a shower, bathtub, double vanity, and toilet.

Bedroom 4: A lovely bedroom next to the bathroom downstairs, with a queen bed and a wardrobe cupboard.

Bedroom 5: Includes two single beds, perfect for friends or kids.
Bedroom 6: Designed with families in mind, this room features a bunk bed (double below, single above), plus a desk and chair for those who need to study or work from home.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including parking for two cars in the carport with a garage door. There is also space to park one car on the driveway, plus free street parking.
The Neighborhood:
Park your car and explore the area on foot! Just 500m away, you’ll find Moffat Beach’s lively main street with its restaurants, cafes, and playground, while Shelly Beach and endless coastal walking tracks are only 400m from your door. There’s really no need to drive! If you’d like a patrolled beach, Kings Beach is only a 3-minute drive away, perfect for a beach walk, swim, or paddle board, with the bonus of a surf club, cafes, a playground, and even a beach pool.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 200m to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Caloundra (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
