Reflections - 128 Lakeview Road

Once you arrive you will never want to leave. The perfect place to reflect and relax in a still haven. One of the first five homes to be built in the Old Timberline community it has gone through extensive renovations to create this stunning, mountain lodge. 







In the main great room take in panaramic mountain views from expansive windows, cozy up by the gas fireplace or prepare a feast in the custom kitchen with three ovens. Reflections' unique layout means that while the house may be fully occupied there are still plenty of places to hideaway from the group and relax. Three living areas in three destinct areas and the seven bedrooms spread throughout. 







At the back of the home is a massive, 2000 sq ft deck system which gives you access to one of the levels from almost any rear facing room. On these decks is plenty of seating to look out on your own private pond, Timberline Mountain Ski Area and, when your on the highest deck level, Spruce Island Lake. 







On the private pond you are welcome to take out the paddle boat or canoe for a turn around the pond or enjoy some catch & release fishing. Swimming is strictly prohibited. Fishing poles not provided.

Due to the pond being used for recreational activites you will be required to sign an activity waiver along with our standard rental agreement.

Reflections requires a $2000 security deposit that will be additional to the rent total you see at booking. In addition to our standard rental agreement you are required to sign the Security Deposit Addendum to Rental Agreement when booking Reflections. Please see full addendum below:

OLD TIMBERLINE - 



A private, gated community located in beautiful Canaan Valley. You have access to both Spruce Island Lake and Sand Run Lake in Timberline to canoe and fish at (swimming prohibited by the HOA) and access to the Dolly Sods Wilderness Area.







You will be staying in a private, gated community. Please have a list of everyone that will be staying in the house (first & last names) and vehicle information. A guard house form will be given to you at check-in for you to put the information on that you will give to the guards.
