This house is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
Beautiful 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house that has a total area of 3600 square feet under A/C. The undercover lanai area is 650 square feet with a dining area that seats 10 and a relaxing area with comfy seating and a 48" TV. There is also a gas grill and pass through window to the kitchen. The pool area is 1500 square feet and is screened in. There is a fence between the undercover lanai area and the pool area. This is very helpful when trying to keep children and pets away from the pool area. The heated pool is 30' x 13' and there are lounge chairs and another smaller dining area by the pool. The back yard has fencing on the property lines.
The Master Bedroom has a King bed with a large tub and walk in shower. The 2nd Master bedroom also has a king bed with a separate room with a couch. Down the hall from there are the 2 guest rooms with a Queen Bed and 2 Twin Beds. There is also a Den with a desk and chairs.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
