Immediately feel the stress melt away as you take in your beautiful water view. Step outside to a huge screened in private pool deck overlooking the waterway and your own private boat dock. Inside there is plenty of space to spread out and get comfy in this spacious 2 story home. The primary suite offers a king bed, just steps away from the pool deck. The 3 guest rooms feature queen beds, dressers and plenty of closet space. The home includes high-speed WIFI, AC, washer/dryer, and hair dryers in every bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped for entertaining, and has all modern appliances. The 2nd story features a game room with a bar and pool table, and an additional large bedroom with a beautiful water view. Lastly, although this is a pet free home, for guests with service animals, please submit your pet's certificate during the booking process, and note that there is an additional cleaning fee. For safety and liability reasons the garage and boat dock are not included in the rental, we appreciate your understanding. This is a beautiful home with all the comforts of home. Great location. Property manager was very responsive and flexible with arrival and departure times, which was very appreciated having an infant in my family. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay in Marco Island was awesome. The house was big and clean and the pool was wonderful in this heat. Had a little AC problems on the last day but everything was communicated and taken care of Definitely would come back.

We had a wonderful stay. We went to Marco for our 40th wedding anniversary and the house did not disappoint., The house was beautiful. The kitchen was fully equipped and new. The pool area was spacious; pool was clean and in beautiful condition, there were great seating areas. Pool floats provided., Location was perfect 5 minutes from everywhere we needed to go. Beach chairs provided. Found the host to be responsive and quick to respond. I would definitely book here again.

One of the better vacation rentals I have stayed in. Beautiful home on a canal fully stocked with anything you would need. Kitchen was gourmet, big screen tv and plush couches, great bedding. Dock was awesome, tie up fit my 26' center console no problem. Its about 25 minutes out to Marco Pass. Another 10 minutes to the gulf, or 35 minutes to Goodland. The property manager was great, good communication, and friendly. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

The property was advertised with a boat lift included but when we arrived there was a boat on the lift and they told us they changed that and we would have to tie our brand new boat to the barnacle covered pier posts for the two weeks we had rented for, had to go buy ropes to tie boat up to try to keep it from damaged. No one bothered to let us know we couldn’t use the lift as advertised, they denied the lift was included even though I had confirmed that it was with them when I made the reservation and had a copy of the original listing showing the lift was included. Also the pool is in the shade most of the day.

Hi Patrick, Thank you for your review, and again please accept our sincerest apologies for the confusion regarding the boat lift. As mentioned before, when we first started renting the house, we did include the boat lift as an amenity; however, due to liability issues, we decided not to. Circumstantially, when you booked your first week the boat lift was included, however when you booked your second week it had already been removed from the listing. We do not track which guests bring boats (sometimes guests do not even tell us they are bringing a boat) and in the past all guests have just tied their boats to the dock. We were not aware you were planning to use the lift and therefore did not inform you or any other guests of our policy change. That being said, we do understand your frustration and therefore compensated you $560 for the inconvenience. Again, we apologize and hope you enjoyed your stay at our home and Marco Island.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! Such a beautiful home with so many amenities! We enjoyed the pool every single day! This trip was a family vacation with 7 adults…celebrating 3 birthdays! I wanted to spend time with all my adult children for my birthday, and it was perfect! We missed 1, but all in all they had a marvelous time! We did have a few hiccups during our stay, yet Liz and Hugh took care of it all! Super great host and we appreciated how they went above and beyond!

Beautiful home with a pool on the canal!

My impression of this property is it is absolutely gorgeous! The pictures on the VRBO .app do not do it justice. The home has everything you need during your stay. Our family really appreciated that it had beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers as we spent a lot of time at the beach

Lovely home that provided a great backyard including swimming pool and dining area. The home included beach, chairs, and a wagon, which was a great feature and unexpected surprise. Everyone had plenty of room to relax spend time with family and have quiet time. Very walkable able to get to the grocery store Restaurants and shops. Dolphins off of the dock almost daily!! FULLY stocked kitchen, spacious and well decorated rooms 4 girlfriends, 66 years old, friends since jr high. We travel to every other year. This house was PERFECT! Everyone had their own room, we had a washer and dryer to keep our clothes clean, they were plenty of towels for the pool and our showering, the furniture was all clean and comfortable. It was a delightful week and Liz, our host, was easy to communicate with. She always answered my texts promptly. Next time, my husband, my son, daughter-in-law and teen granddaughters want to do a family vacation with us I think we’re gonna come back to this house. It will be perfect. The location was perfect for us to go out on a catamaran and spend a day on the GO CATS over at Goodland. Close to so many good restaurants, make sure you go to the snook Inn Yum Yum.!

Above and beyond

This property was a perfect fit for our 7 night trip. The host went above and beyond to communicate throughout the stay and afterwards in regards to a forgotten item. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a central location close to beaches, shopping, and restaurants.

85th Birthday Getaway

Our stay was wonderful. Only issue was the beds are high and my 85 yo mother wasnt able to sleep in the master bedroom where we planned to put her because of the ensuite with a walk in shower. She almost wasn't able to get in any of the beds. This was the only inconvenience, Liz thanked me for bringing this to her attention. So if you are traveling with elderly parents with mobility issues ask first if the master bed has been replaced. We even got my mother in the pool. She loved the pool.Thanks Liz for a wonderful stay, we even enjoyed the boat dock!

The property was everything as described in the listing. Well appointed home in a lovely, well maintained community. It was very clean and very nice. When we arrived, the main a/c unit downstairs was not cooling and the temperature was unpleasant. After reporting the problem to the property manager, the unit was repaired by noon the next day and cooled properly for the remainder of our stay. We were told the unit would be replaced after our stay. We would definitely enjoy staying here again on our next trip to Marco Island!

The property was head and shoulders above what we expected when we booked it. The photos look nice enough and the description and other reviews helped guide our decision. Ultimately it was talking to Liz the manager that set our minds at ease and I'm so happy we chose this home for our vacation. My wife and I and our four adult children (two daughters, son, son-in-law) had plenty of space and the house was absolutely gorgeous. We spent the majority of our time in the pool and kitchen but every bedroom was nicely furnished and felt like being at home. The bathrooms were all spotless. I can't say enough good things about this property and the people running it. We usually stay a week on Marco every year or two and have always been happy with the houses but this is the first time I want book the same place again next time. Thank you to Hugh and Liz and the whole team. If you'll be there, we'll be back.

Great place

We took our family to Marco Island for my son's 21st bday. We wanted a place that had a boat dock on the northern part of the island to make it easier to get onto the water ways. This location served us well. We were a family of 5 and the spaciousness allowed each of our young adult sons to have their own room. My son forgot his AirPods and the property managers/owners were so kind to arrange shipping them to us after we contacted them b/c we could see on "Find My AirPods" that they traveled with the housekeepers.The space was nice. The boat dock perfect for our rental from Marco Island Boat Rentals. Our sons said the boat was the highlight of the trip!The space bounces noise because of the tile floor. There is a main office on the main floor but I would recommend conducting work upstairs space because it is quieter due to carpets. The acoustics also made it difficult for me to watch movies unless I had subtitles (I'm auditorily sensitive). Young loud kids might have been unbearable. Also, no fault of the property, there was loud dock construction nearby. The laundry was nice & they left some detergent which we were grateful for.We didn't know that we needed to pull the pool cover off but once they told us we were able to enjoy the heated pool, although the sun doesn't hit that side of the property so it was a little chilly for it in Dec. Overall, we were grateful for a spacious place our family could enjoy for such a momentous occasion. Thank you Liz and team! 5

We fell in love with Marco Island during Covid, and after spending three winters here, we decided to buy and share our home with others who also love the area. We explored the island thoroughly and chose this community to live in based on the convenience of the central location and the surrounding homes and blocks.

We're big walkers and we just felt good walking these blocks and we think you'll agree. We've made good friends with multiple neighbors on our street and also across the water too!

Our 2nd story is truly a bonus! The game room with pool table, large screen t.v. and bar are a great escape at the end of a beach day, or anytime that there are multiple games on that you want to follow!
